Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of anti corrosive imported filter 2.0m dia,manufactured with fibre glass and polyster resin fitted with collector arms and diffuser made from unplastisized PVC and polypropylene.100 % anti corrosive internal gelcoat resistant to even salt water.Filter supplied complete with lid in polyster resin and fibre glasses,manual air purge cap for sand discharge and PVC flange connection for inlet and outlet complete with necessary pressure gagues including require quantity of filter media such as silica sand /white quartz for with granulometry in between 0.40mm to 0.80mm i.e.11400 kg / filter (appx) and gravels with granulometry between 1.00mm to 2.00mm i.e. 3600 kg /filter(Appx).as per international standards etc all complete as per specification and direction of EIC.Make:ASTRAL/CERTIKIN/PENTAIR

Supply, installation,testing & commissioning of Centrifugal Pump set(Circulating the pool water) of Head range-12m to 15m, Discharge-115m3/hr. with 3-phase 50Hz TEFC induction motor coupled with a common base including construction of concrete foundation, suction & delivery piping arrangements, required sizes of valves like C.I. Sluice valves, C.I. NR valves & C.I. flanged end foot valves with stainer including dismantling the existing structures like concrete foundation, pipes, valves etc. all complete as per specification & direction of EIC. Providing all material labour T&P for laying of 315 mm dia uPVC pipe of 6 kgf/cm² confirming to IS:4985/2000 for pump delivery header assembly inside plant room with branch pipes coming from delivery system of all 4(Four) pump sets comprising of bends,tees,flanges,tail piece,offsets,nuts,bolts,supports etc.where ever required.The scope of work includes laying of pipes & fittings like bend,tee,offsets etc.from delivery end of the pumpset to header assembly above pumps leading towards filter inlet to header assembly above pumps leading towards filter inlet header assembly with blank flange / End cap .The pipe shall be jointed with solvent cement , PVC welding and FRP coating as required etc including testing and commissioning & all complete as per specification and direction of EIC. PART - B : Operation Maintenance System
