Earth Work excavation in hard soil including moorum stony earth and earth mixed with boulder within 50 m initial lead and 1.5 m initial lift including dressing and breaking clods levelling the bed up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials with all leads and lifts T and P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed with cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all materials etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete (1:4:8) with 4 cm size CBHGed quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete water curing to required level not exceeding 150 mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

CC - M20 grade using 20 mm and down graded size hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting and laying all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalties,Tools and Plants, water for curing etc all complete as per OPWD specification required for the work to finished items of work.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false work and dismentalling then after casting including cost of materials complete in ground floor.

Brick work with Flyash bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth work (F&P)

Brick work with Flyash bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in Super Structure work.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in C. M. (1:6) finished smooth to inside surface including cost conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster in cement morter(1:6) including all cost, rayality, conveyance etc all complete

Weather coat painting two coats with 100% Acrylic emulsion paint (1st. quality) exterior grade over a coat of water bond cement primer of approved make & shade manufactured by reputed manufacturer like (NEROLAC/ ASIAN/ BERGER/ DULOX) or equivalent to make an ever finished surface in all floor and height with all scaffolding and staging charges including cost, conveyance & taxes of all materials labour & T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
