M&L for taking out unsv PVC fills of cooling tower up to 20 to 100 TR cap (bottle/rectangular type) after taking down cooling tower motor and keeping aside, cleaning the hydrent pipe, sprinkler assembly and inside complete body of cooling tower complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing PVC fills of cooling tower 20 to 40 TR as per OEM standard fixing sequance including cutting & filling the gaps so that the water of cooling tower spread equally complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing PVC fills of cooling tower 41 to 100 TR as per OEM standard fixing sequance including cutting & filling the gaps so that the water of cooling tower spread equally complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for replacement of defective sprinkler assy complete as per existing type & model of cooling tower cap 20 to 60 TR complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of defective temp sensor of chiller line as per existing make & model complete all as specified & directed by Engr - in- Charge.

M&L for replacement of defective temperature controller with sensor including making proper wiring & connections complete all as specified & directed by Engr - in- Charge.

M&L for replacement of defective humidity controller with sensor including making proper wiring & connections complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Cahrge.

M&L for cleaning of Y strainer & Pot strainer of central AC plant 65 to 250mm of Chiller line, condensor line by carefully opening the top & taking out the strainer and refixing after clening/wash out the line durt/sludge & replacement of defective nut,bolts, rubber gasket, dameged strainer as per existting size if required. After clening filling water in condenser/ chiller line by using additional pump, taking out the air in chiller & condensor line complete all as reqd at site & directed by Engr in Charge.

M& L for servicing of outdoor (condenser) unit of air cooled central/ Package type AC plant by cleaning of fins by water jet of suitable pressure or cleaning by using chemical if reqd, including combing of fins by using fins comb to making straight the fins, checking electrical wiring, servicing, oiling of condenser motor, etc. complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable fan blade of outdoor condenser unit of air cooled package/ central type AC plant (5 to 7.5TR) as per existing make, model and type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of blower belt of AHU/Compressor belts as per existing model and type ISI marked including re-alignment of the motor and blower if required for proper tension of belts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for servicing of electric control panel of AHU central/Package type AC Plant by cleaning the panel with blower, checking of electric circuits/connections, replacement of unsv burnt wire, cables with existing size & length including proper numbering, replacement of u/s fuse link, lugs, washer, nuts, bolts, checking proper electrical connection, connectivity etc. & find out defective parts and making the panel functional by replacing the unsv item (taken as supply only) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) Unserviceable parts as MCB, MCCB, contactor, relay etc. will be measure and paid separately. (ii) Minor parts like thimbles, tags, nut, bolts, washers etc shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for servicing of Main Electric Panel board/Control panel board of Central/Package type AC Plant by cleaning the panel with blower, replacement of unsv burnt wire, cables with existing size & length including proper numbering, replacement of u/s fuse link, lugs, washer, nuts, bolts, checking proper electrical connection, connectivity etc. & find out defective parts and making the panel functional by replacing the unsv item (taken as supply only) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. M&L for repair of existing unsv micro processor card through OEM service Center, Type MPD / μ-MVPD/M3PD 30-220 Amps, 230 V of control panel of chiller unit 15 to 100 TR including replacement of u/s parts like push button/ Key board, indicating light, display board, mother board etc. and testing, calibrating the functions with plant after repair etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for repair of existing unsv VLRP controller of chiller unit 15 to 100 TR cap including replacement of u/s parts like push button/ Key board, indicating light, display board, mother board etc. and testing, calibrating the functions with plant after repair etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for servicing, cleaning of Cooling tower of AC plant up to 200 TR Cap including cleaning the storage tank, removal of all sludge , servicing, greasing of cooling tower motor with hub assembly etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note:- (i) Necessary topping up of refrigerant & oil shall be measured and paid in respective items

M&L for taking out carefully damaged ducting including all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply assembly and erection of GI sheet rectangular/square duct made out of L shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as corner, cleat, carriage bolt, gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 22 gauge all as specified and including with required scaffolding work to install the ducts at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :-(i) for measurement only the final finished area in Sqmm shall be measured. (ii) Venes, splitters, MS frames for joints, flanges, access doors etc shall not be measured seprately These shall be treated as part of duct work. (iii) Only external angle Iron/C channel duct support shall be measured and paid separatly.

M & L for taking out existing insulation & replace with new insulation 24 kg/cu mt density & cover with glass wool of 50 mm thickness & 26 gauge Alumunium clading complete all as specified & directed by engineer in Charge.

M&L for taking out existing Mild steel pipe & Supply Installation Testing & commissioning of Mild Steel cooling water piping 80 mm dia and of Calss 'C', cut to required length, and installed with welded joints, including all necessay fitting such as elbows, tees, bends reducers flanged support and as specification , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.
