Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5m in depth getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushion in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness of sand only shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and lay PCC cable cover class HV type 1 flat size 300mmx180mmx40mm all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated hard/dense soil/soft rock all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Removal of surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed all as specified and as directed.

M & L for fixing GI tubing 80mm dia light grade use for the protection of cable all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F RCC cable route marker of size 900x100x50mm, embossed with 'HT UG cable 11kV' and excavation of 40cm depth, grouted in and including PCC 1:2:4, type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F prestressed concrete pole 11 mtr long, 152mm x152mm at top and 152 mm x 260mm at bottom class 9 including painting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Heavy gang operated triple pole mechanically operated air break on load disconnecting switch each pole consist of galvanised iron base HT 11KV with polymer insulators per phase nonferrous knife and spring loaded contact GI pipe of adequate length for operation from ground level and operating handle complete in both OFF and ON position capacity 11 KV 200 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 11 KV Heavy Drop Out Fuse complete in each pole consist of galvanised iron base HT 11KV with polymer insulators complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for HT 11 KV Disc type insulator with hardware, single disc assembly, polymeric insulator, socket type complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for Pin type polymer insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two GI washers and one GI iron nut 150mm height, for 11 KV grade complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F lightening arrestor HT 11 KV pole mounting with polymeric insulator complete with all fittings transmission class nominal discharge current upto 65 KA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cross arms for two pole structure with GOD, LA as ISMC-75x6mm, MS flat 50x6mm, bracing supports clamps and back plats fabricated for structural steel sections including suitable size of nut, bolts & washers, welding being cold or hot drilling holes for bolts of suitable shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and finishing coat of paint all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of plat not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI earth strip 25x4mm by means of bolts. nuts,check nuts and washers etc including protection pipe 40 mm dia up to 7.5m length, provision the earth lead to earth connection in their main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts, bolts, earthing shall be done all as per shown electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 Including necessary excavation in soft disintegrated rock and provision of 15mm dia pipe with funnel, PCC earth chamber of 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing in presence of Engr-in-Charge all as specified and as directed. Note : GI earth strip upto 7.5 RM is included in the unit rate quoted.

Material and labour for shifting of 11 KV oil cooled CTPT, energy meter of GSEB and check metering panel from MRS NAD to main gate NAD near pump house and connecting all the meters and CTPT complete as per GSEB guidelines including cable for connection from CTPT to energy meter complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (a) Contractor should hold Goa State Electricity Board (GSEB) electrical license. (b) Contractor has to laise with GSEB for shutdown and connecting of all the meters and CTPT. (c) Contractor should be responsible for the payment of connections charges, MRT testing charges and 15% supervision charges on labour cost of work that pertains to GSEB. (d) Contractor has to quote the rates considering all the above aspects.
