Construction of 2nd floor of Main Store at Verka Mohali Dairy.

Amount

Dismantling Reinforced Cement concrete for all types of RCC work including cutting of reinforcement and finishing the broken surface to match with the surrounding, removing the debris within campus as directed by E-in-C.

Dismantling of exsisting Tile Terracing from the roof, including mud phuska and mud plaster of all thicknesses, as per exsisting/actual site conditions/ requirements including cleaning of RCC slab surface with wire brushes etc. and removing the debris etc. within site/campus, cleaning and stacking of dismantled brick tiles and bats to be deposited to the stores of Milk Plant, complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

NOTE:- i) Recovery of dismantled brick tiles to be reused will be made @ 75% of quantity of dismantled tile terracing as per rates mentioned in the CSR 2020 + premium list, applicable at the time of tender.

ii) Recovery of dismantled tile bats to be reused, will be made @25% of quantity of dismantled tile terracing as per rates mentioned in the CSR 2020 + premium list, applicable at the time of tender.

Dismantling Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 mix, complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing and Laying Reinforced cement concrete M-25 mechanically batch mixed using batch type concrete mixer as per IS:1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centring and shuttering in superstructure, complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Extra for using computerised concrete batch mixing plant including carriage by transit mixer within 1 km lead (note: where concrete mixer is already included in the rate the same shall be deducted )

Extra for pumping charges of Batch Mix Concrete / Ready mix conrete work (RMC)

Extra rate for enhancement in pumping power, addition of pipe length, scaffolding for handling the pipe arrangement for pumping of concrete in subsequent storey above the below storey up to height of 4 meters or part there of up to the roof top level of that storey

Extra for R.C.C/PCC. work done in each subsequent storey above the first storey up to height of 4 metres or part thereof up to the roof top level of that storey.

Providing and fixing/placing Cold twisted detormed (Ribbed/ Tor steel) Bars (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-2008) , for R.C.C works, where not including in the complete rate of RCC including bending and binding placing in position, complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Extra rate for Steel Fe-550 (Integrated Plant Marked).

Re-barring (Chemical Anchor) of 12mm dia bar, hole size 16mm, depth 120mm with 14 ml injectable mortar epoxy adhesive (Hybrid urethane methacrylate adhesive) rebaring chemical, complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Re-barring (Chemical Anchor) per hole for 16mm dia bar, hole size 20mm, depth 160mm with injectable mortar epoxy adhesive (Hybrid urethane methacrylate adhesive) rebaring chemical 24 ML, complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing and fixing steel shuttering and centering for columns (Square or rectangular or poly gonal in plain), complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing and fixing steel shuttering and centering for sides and soffits of beam, beams launchings girders bressumers, lintels, complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing and fixing steel shuttering and centering for flat surfaces such as suspended floors, roofs, landings, chajjas, shelves etc, complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Extra rate for shuttering in each subsequent storey above the first. Storey work done in subsequent storey above the first storey up to height of 4 metres or part thereof up to the roof top level of that storey.

Providing and applying cement plaster on under side of ceiling 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement: 2 fine sand: 2 coarse sand), complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing and applying 12.5mm thick cement plaster 1:4, complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing and applying 20 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 in two coats work, complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Extra for Plastering in each subsequent storey above the first storey upto 4 metre above plinth level.

Preparation of plastered or concrete surface for painting (including sand papering the surface) using ready mixed cement based wall putty by applying two or more coats to get required finish, complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing and applying wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade (two or more coats), complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing and laying Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing and laying Terracing consiting of tiles 22.86x11.43x3.83cm laid over 25 mm mud plaster 7.5 cm mud filling on another layer of 25mm mud plaster including two coats of bitumen laid hot at 1.65 Kg. /Sqm top of R.C.C. slab including grouting with cement sand mortar 1:4 and top surface to be left clean after wire brushing, complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes (working pressure 4.0 kgf / cm²) conforming to IS : 4985, including fixing with M.S. clamps U-PVC pipes (working pressure 4.0 kgf. / sqcm) Pipe 110 mm dia, complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing and fixing 110 mm dia. U.P.V.C bend for Rain water pipe as per IS:14735 including jointing complete as per specifications and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge. UPVC 110 mm bend, complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing and fixing 110 mm dia. U.P.V.C Coupling/Sockete for Rain water pipe as per IS:14735 including jointing complete as per specifications and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge. UPVC 110 mm bend, complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing and constructing Top khurra 0.6m x 0.6m for rain water pipe in 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 over 50mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16, complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing and fixing in position gratings 150mm x 150mm for gully trap. H.C.I. grating including painting with black bitumastic superior paint of approvedmanufacture three coats, complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 gola 10 cm. x 10 cm. quardrant along junction of roof with parapet wall finished smooth, where specially specified, complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing and Erection of Wiring in PVC insulated copper conductor single core FR cable (ISI marked) overall 1.5sq. mm, 1100volts grade to be laid in PVC conduit pipe 20mm/ 25mm dia (1.6mm thick) ISI Marked, recessed in wall etc., complete with powder coated/anodized concealed metal boxes (1.6mm thick with Brass lugs) required for suitable number of modules (Modular accessories) for having Step type electronic fan regulators (two module) 100watts, bell push, 6Amp. 2/3 universal socket (shuttered), 16/20Amp. combined/ universal Socket (shuttered), 6/10Amp.
