Comprehensive maintenance of ductable split type Air condiioner of following capacity of any make .The job includes as under;- (i) Inspection, checking, cleaning with soap water and ALSTA SHINE to the cooling coil and condenser unit. (ii) Inspection, checking and repair of all electrical components. (iii) Servicing of blower motors by greasing, oiling and servicing by cleaning thoroughly air filter. iv) During the servicing of the unit existing refregerant (Gas) shall be pump down and to kept safe custody for reuse. Location - PET CT, NECLEAR MEDICINE, RATINA CLINIC & CATH LAB Note : (a) Above job shall be carried out once in a every month. (b) All unsv spare parts replaced under comprehensive item shall be paid seperately under respective item of BOQ

(a) (c) 3 TR to 5.5 TR (cleaning of AHU filter ,grill,diffuser and outdoor unit 05 Nos).

(b) 7.5 TR to 11 TR ( (cleaning of AHU filter ,grill,diffuser and outdoor unit 03 Nos). Location CT SCAN

Dismantling of defective ductable split outdoor unit of any make of capacity upto 11.0 TR for thorough checking / repair of all accessories and components and reassembling the same after repair/ replacement of defective accessories / components and testing complete all as specified and directed including transportation to workshop and back. Note : (i) Supplying & fixing of new accessories/components required for the system shall be measured & paid separately. (ii) Replacement of seald compressor unit, painting etc shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Old serviceable accessories / components obtained from dismantling shall be refixed as directed by Engineer -in - Charge and labour charges for refixing shall be deemed to be included in the unit of item rate.

Taking out unserviceable blower motor from existing location of following capacity ductable outdoor unit & dismantling the blower motor, cutting/removing burnt copper wire and rewinding the same of existing gauge by super enamelled copper wire, varnishing heating and testing including replacement of unserviceable 2 nos. bearing as adequate size and reassembling the blower motor and fixed in the same location complete all as specified and directed

Taking down unserviceable condensing coil from outdoor unit checking it & detecting the leakage and its necessary repair to be carried out and refixing in the same location of following capacity ;

Comprehensive maintenance of cold storage/mortuary 4/6 body cabin of capacity 3 to 5 TR (motor and outdoor units - 03 Nos) of any make .The job includes as under;- (i) Inspection, checking, cleaning with soap water and ALSTA SHINE to the evaporator coils and condenser unit (ii) inspection of compressor,oil level checking and repair of all electrical components (iii) Servicing of blower motors by greasing, oiling and thermostat calibration servicing by cleaning thoroughly air filter, iv) During the servicing of the unit existing refregerant (Gas) shall be pump down and to kept safe custody for re use Location : Patient Cook House, QM Ration Store, Med Store, ECHS Med Store, Path Lab, TEEC & Mortuary. Note : (a) Above job shall be carried out once in a every month (b) All unsv spare parts replaced under comprehensive item shall be paid seperately under respective item of BOQ

Disconnecting defective sealed comprressor unit 2.5 to 5.5 TR from existing cold storage from the system and and fixing reconditioned sealed unit compressor in original position all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for PUF Panel Repair – Minor repairs to cracked/damaged panels using polyurethane foam and sealant complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sliding Door Hardware Repair – Re-alignment, wheel/ gasket/ handle replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Digital Temperature Controller suit for cold storage complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of AC VRF Type of capacity 25 to 48 TR of of LG .The job includes as under;- (i) Inspection, checking, cleaning with soap water and ALSTA SHINE chlorite to the cooling coils and condenser unit (ii) inspection of compressor,oil level checking and repair of all electrical components (iii) Servicing of blower motors by greasing, oiling and thermostat calibration servicing by cleaning thoroughly air filter, iv) During the servicing of the unit existing refregerant (Gas) shall be pump down and to kept safe custody for re use (a) 48 TR (indoor 15 and outdoor unit 03 Nos at Asha School). (b) 25 TR (Indoor 10 and outdoor unit 02 nos at OPD Block) (c) 35 TR (Indoor 10 and outdoor unit 02 nos at MI Room) Note : (a) Above job shall be carried out once in a every month (b) All unsv spare parts replaced under comprehensive item shall be paid seperately under respective item of BOQ

Parts & Consumables items as Below:

Replacement of washable/reusable air filters for indoor units as required during AMC period.

Supply and replacement of faulty fan motor for indoor units.

Supply and replacement of faulty fan motor for outdoor unit.

Replacement of fan blade in case of breakage or imbalance (indoor/outdoor).

Replacement of indoor unit PCB in case of failure.

Replacement of outdoor unit PCB in case of failure.

Refrigerant gas top-up (R410A) including leak test and vacuuming as needed.

Minor repair and replacement of copper pipe insulation (nitrile rubber type).

Comprehensive maintenance of AC plant 60 TR of make Blue star at Radiation Oncology .The job includes the following;- (a) Blue Star shall check and render preventive maintenance service to all the equipment every months during the period of the contract. Blue Star will also attend/arrange to attend all normal break-downs if any, on call basis. Checking the functioning of Chiller unit/Air Handling unit/Pumps/Cooling tower/Controls and all such equipment covered under the contract

(b) Free replacing of defective/worn out parts with new or repaired parts for compressor/ thermostat/ cutouts based on our assessment.

(c) Repairing of equipment at site/service station as the case may be.

(d) Descaling of condenser/chemical cleaning, will be carried out once in a year, preferably during the winter months based on Blue Star engineers’ assessment on working condition of plant. Additional descaling, if required will be charged extra. Pre-filter replacement will be carried out basis Blue Star engineers’ assessment on its physical condition and working.

(e) Replenishing refrigerant gas and compressor oil in the system arising out of system defect, excluding sealed compressor.

(f) Checking of compressor for its proper working.

(g) Annual pumping-down and restarting as and when required.

(h) Checking of Microprocessor control panel, control boards, transducers of packaged chillers/condensing unit for their correctness and replace if necessary.

(j) Replacing of parts due to normal wear and tear.

(k) All compressor related activities shall be carried out on chargeable basis if required for the compressor. The compressor is not covered under the contract.

(l) Replacement of minor electrical components such as relays, and contactors.

Descaling and cleaning of AHU coils of 60 TR package AC at Radiation Oncoloty by using suitable cleaning agent from outside cooling tubes from inside by flowing suitable cleainng agent in the tubes for removing all foreign material deposited in the coils and tubes, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation of 24 SWG site supply/return Air Duct complete with supports complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Aluminum power coated discrid grill complete all as specified and directed.
