Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints12mm deep and removing debric 50mt. Lead from working area etc.with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc., complete and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Ground floor

Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard soil including earth mixed with boulder (except sheet rocks and boulder requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc., complete and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming with the cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc., complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (3/4") size clean hard granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming watering and curring etc., complete, including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalties and all labour with T&P required for the work etc., complete including dewatering if required as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement (M-30) over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, with 20mm & down graded size hard granite cruser broken chips over Polythene sheet 125 micron including compacting with Vibrator watering curing centering shuttering with cost of curing for 28 days, conveyance, royality , taxes of all materials required for the work, running and hire charges of machineries and all T & P required for the work, labour charges for the work complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old grading concrete from roof slab,cleaning the surface,lowering and removing the debris etc.witin 50mt. lead from working area etc.

16mm thick cement plaster (1: 6) over of brick wall including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P and scafolding as required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge .

4.0 cm thick grading concrete with C.C.(1:2:4) on roof slab using 6 mm size h.g.chips with watering curing cost carriage of all materials labourT&P etc.complete

Priming two coats to old wall work over two coat of primer including cost and conveyance of all materials royalities taxes and cost of indigo glue with T & P etc.complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Finishing Surface of walls with cement based wall putty ( Water Based) of approved make & finised smooth & even surface to receive Painting including cost,lead etc.of all materilas etc.complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Wall Painting two Coats with Plastic emulsion Paint of approved shade including cost of Plastic paint including cost,lead etc.of all materilas as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Wall painting two coats with weather coat of approved shade on wall surface including cost of weather coat and all materials labour T & Pthe cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc., complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats on iron work over a coat a primer including cost,lead etc.of all materilas etc complete.sand papering polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect and as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
