Redevelopment of Horticulture work along with one year maintenance at Badli Industrial Area Phase-I,II and III

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately) : Holes 60 cm dia, and 60 cm deep

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately).

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage complete with all leads and lifts (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage complete with all leads and lifts (cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Anti termite tretment by diging holes 300mm deep and 40mm dia, 6 to 7 holes around the tree using chemical emulsion at the rate of 1.5 ltr per hole in two time or more application to get the tree free from termite infection chemicals used chlorpyriphos 20% EC in the ration of 1% concentration and as per direction of office in charge.

Providing and stacking of Ficus benjamina (green) plant of height 120-135 cm. with 6-8 branches and lush green foliage in g. bags of size 25 cm aser direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Callistemon lanceolatus plant of height 150-165 cm. in big poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of theofficer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Plumeria alba plant of height 120-135 cm. with 2-3 branches in bags of size 30 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Delonix regia (Gulmohar) plant of height 150-165 cm. in big poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge
