SUPPLYING INSTALLATION TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF OCTAGONAL BFL POLES WITH LED FLOOD LIGHT IN REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING DAMAGED MS BFL POLES IN AOR OF 17 BN BSF UNDER SHQ BSF KISHANGANJ

Providing and fixing of 9 Mtrs long hot dip galvanized octagonal pole with base plate made in single section fitted including erection of the pole on provided RCC Foundation with galvanized nuts etc as required. The following specifications should be adhered for pole & accessories :- a) Pole Top dia - 70mm b) Pole Bottom dia - 155 mm c) Thickness of sheet - 3mm d) Galvanized Base plate of size - 260mm X 260 mm X 16 mm e) Set of foundation nut & bolts - 4 Nos EN 8 grade galavanized 750 mm length having 24mm dia with galvaized nuts, washers and spacer plate . The pole shall be fixed using double nuts. f)The galvanization should be more than 65 micron DFT both inernally and externally and pole should be designed for at least 169 km/hour max wind speed g)The steel used for manufacturing pole should conform to BSEN 10025 GRADE SJ355JO or equivalent and for base plate steel should be Fe 410 conforming to IS 226 / IS 2062. h) The pole top should be suitably fixed to the bracket using Galvanized nuts and bolts of suitable length and dia.

Supplying, Fabricating & fixing of GI bracket of size 100 mm X 50 mm X 4 mm thick (NS) 'U' shaped channel having 1300 mm length and provision of fixing 04 Nos LED flood lights with 04 nos hole, suitable size nut bolt with washer and each hole have 02 nos slot to move including provision of fixing of bracket on 70mm mm top dia octagonal pole etc.as required as per direction of engg-in-charge.

Installation, testing and commissioning of 1 set ( consisting of 04 Nos LED Fitting) existing luminaire on new octagonal pole with dismentalling from old pole, wiring with 3 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable from loop box to LED fitting sepearte for each fitting, dismentalling and refixing of gear box and SPD box if required with nut, bolt, washer and flexiable conduit on exposed portion etc as required as per direction of engg-in-charge.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required ( 50 mm dia )

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. confirming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps, 240 Volts 'C' series MCB's suitable for lighting and other loads of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connection, testing and commissioning etc as reqd. . a) Single Pole and neutral

SITC of outdoor/indoor type feeder panel made of 2mm thick CRCA sheet of desired size with 350mm depth suitable for 415 Volt, 3 phase 50 hz power supply complete with hinged doors, having locking arrangement and providing detachable gland plate of thickness 3mm at the bottom, earth bar/ stud, cable alley, Aluminium busbar of suitable size as per CPWD norms as required.. All sheet matel parts separately chemically treated with 7 tank treatment process and the panel shall be finished with powder coating in Siemens Grey shade RAL 7032 and supplied with suitable pedastal frame with 4 Nos 600mm long legs with suitable apron all around. The Panel Shall be embeded in 1:1.5:3 cement concrete foundation of required shape and size 30 cms below ground level including finishing etc as required as per direction of engg-in-charge. (Make of panel - CPRI approved only) (Drawing will be approved from department before fabrication)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 metres.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)
