Disconnecting the electrical cable connections of motor and water supply system to the pump set and taking out motor and pump set after disconnecting both motor and pump mechanically and disconnecting suction and delivery pipe connections from multi stage pump 150 HP capacity, dismantling the pump sets from foundation including starter and transporting the same to the MES store yard AGE E/M Kasauli complete all as specified.

Fully automatic auto transformer starter panel (air break type) with phase corrector suitable for operation of 150 HP capacity electric motor with air cooled type design having polyurethance gasket on enclosure, 3 Nos power contactor of suitable capacity, main incoming MCCB 400 Amps 3 Pole, with rotary handle -01 No, air cooled type transformer with adjustable tapping of 50 %, 65% and 80 % in-buit thermal cut off. The starter shall have protection from over current, under current, phase corrector, and locked rotor using microprocessor based electronic over current relay (BOCR 3DE). The ATS starter shall consist of digital Ampere meter and Voltmeter both with electronic switch and R Y B phase indication with LED lamp, Starters ON/OFF/Trip indication (LED Type) including wiring using copper conductor including installation, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and dismantling and taking out old UNSV motor starter.
