Construction of granular sub base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clauses 401.

Providing and laying Spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and copacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing & laying dense graded bitumanous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bitumenious binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 per cent VG-30 by waight of total mix, transported the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandam rollers to achieve the desired compaction including Tack Coat (0.200 kg. per swm. bitumen) as per MoRT&H Specifications Clause 507 Complete in all respects.

Providing & laying 50mm thick bitumanous concrete with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminious binder @ 5.4% to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specifications Clause 509 complete in all respects.

Providing & laying 40mm thick bitumanous concrete with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminious binder @ 5.4% to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specifications Clause 509 complete in all respects.

Brick edging on both side of the road of class M-150 bricks 8cm. (3") wide and 12cm (4½") deep laid with mud mortar including all labour and supply of brick finished to required template & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply & Laying of I shaped precast Interlocking tiles of thickness 80mm (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa and weight 4.50kg) Including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.2 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and applying Prime Coat with bitumen VG-10 on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 mm thick including reflecturing glass beads @ 250 gm per sq. mtr. Area thickness 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC - 35 the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Supply and fixing of pavement marker (Cat Eye) Type X-AS TMD - 4956-04 every dimension / 3 M (USA make) consisting of ASA flastic housing fitted with tightly adherent plotting compound the housing shall contain prismatic to glass covered prismatic reflective face reflect incident light i/c all taxes.

Earth work in filling by Carted Earth including Labour, T&P, Cartage etc. complete as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Earth work in embankment mechanically compacted to 98% proctor density In ordinary soil, excavation to be done form of regular pits not exceeding 0.5mtr in depth and work in embankment to be in 20cm layer including ramming and dressing pulverization surfacing including Supply of Labour, T&P, Roller and water sprinkler etc.
