REPAIR RESURFACING OF INTERNAL AND MAIN ROADS ROAD FURNITURE BERMS AT TB II AND DUNKIRK LINE UNDER AGE BR II IN GE C KHADKI

Repairs to pot holes of depth, not exc 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat VG 10 @ 5kg per 10sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10Sq m, blinded with 0.09Cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping) depth of potholes exc 30mm all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 Sqm ,exc 50mm and n exc 100mm deep all as specified and directed.

Preparing Unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt all as specified and directed.

M&L 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required, material to be used obtained from scaryfying all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as pe table 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer VG 10 @ 7.5 kg per 10 sq m with sprayer over existing surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer VG 10 @ 2.5 kg/10Sqm with sprayer over existing surface all as specified and directed by Eng in charge.

M&L for preparing Black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt all as specified and directed by Eng in charge.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen VG 30 any penetration with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and dully rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8-12 tonne power roller and vibrating roller all as specified and directed

S&F in repair solar Stud made out of aluminium housing and precast construction solar powered by SIEMENS monocrystal solar panel 2V, 120 MA type of battery NI-CD 1.2 V, 250 MAH and flash rate 2 Hz or 70 Hz view distance over 300 mtr fitted with 2 Hz EL-805-3 pieces each side on 2 ends total 6 pieces LEDs, flashing upto 12 hours of light at night and solar battery aumatically charge in day/sun light duly fixed with cement and hardner size of solar stud 130 X 125 X 30 mm Cat Part No CE IP 68. Make Alcolite (MODEL-AL 201 A) in red colours all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F in repair MOLDED ROAD STUD as per IRC.Model-AL 280 TMDS 2year warrenty , of Make : Alcolite (Red/yellow colours) all as specied and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows and the like nexc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. .

S&F in repair Convex Safety Mirror 80 cms polycarbonate Traffic mirror unbreakable round wide angle Drive way mirror, Red in colour(light weight) with Adjustable Brackets and Nut bolts also including pole of 7 feet height and 2 inch (50mm) dia for installation the pole fixed with including excavation, PCC 1:3:6 type C1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) All as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Make: Alcolite MODEL AL 703.

S&F in repair Rubber Road Speed Breaker of size 350 X 250 X 50 having 50 tonnes traffic capacity for installation All as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Make: Alcolite (MODEL AL 1005)

S&F in repair informatory reflective Sign board n exc 3.00 sqm each single side writing on 2 mm thick aluminium composite sheet as required with highintensity prismatic reflecting tape of 3m type 11 the aluminium board should be fixed on 2 Nos of stainless steel pole in each board pole having dia 76 mm with 16 guage steel duly polished for best shine fitted round globe on top of height 2.1m each all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Cat No. SE-1007 of sun Eyes product.

M&L for moorum/Red Bajri filling in Berms and edges of road or pavings, laid in layers n exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering all as specified and directed.
