PART- A
Supplying and erecting M.S. tubular scaffolding using 'H' frames of M/s. Acrow India (or) equivalent with horizontal and vertical rows @ suitable spacing as per I.S. specification suitably overlapped at junctions and cross braced wherever required securely tied, supporting the scaffolding with building members as permitted by the Engineer-in-Charge, including providing necessary safety belt and helmet to the workers and dismantling & taking back the scaffolding, safety belt and helmet after the repair works are completed all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer in charge.
a) M S Steel scaffolding
Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using polymer (dept. supply at fixed rate) and comprising the following operations: i) Breaking cracked / spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site, simultaneous transportation and disposal of debris out sdie of colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. ii) Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping / wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone /rust remover of Dr. Fixit / Anuvi chemicals / Fosroc or other equivalent. iii) Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars.
a) Building up with polymer modified cementatious mortar for RCC structural members etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 Kg. : Silica sand 125 Kg. : polymer liquid 10 litres.) with necessary bond coat (polymer : Cement = 1:1 by volume) for tack coat and also for subsequent layers using polymer including curing, covering the flooring /window with tarpaulins or equivalent covering material to avoid deposition of polymer mortar and cleaning of floor / windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
b) Repairing with polymer bonded mortar up to 35mm thick in layers of not exceeding 20mm (with out chicken mesh) in a day (proportion- cement 50 Kg : silica sand 125 Kg) with applying protection coat / bond coat to reinforcement, bond coat to old concrete and bond coat for every successive layers of 20mm thick in proportion polymer : Cement-1:1 by volume as per specification including covering the floor/windows with tarpaulin or equivalent covering material etc., and cleaning after repair etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
c) Repairing with polymer bonded mortar beyond 35 mm and up to 70 mm average thickness in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 kg : silica sand 125 Kg. ) with applying protection coat / bond coat to reinforcement and bond coat for every successive layers of 20 mm thick in proportion Polymer : cement – 1:1 by volume as per specification including one layer of Chicken mesh 22 gauge, fixing it by nails at 300 mm c/c in both the direction or with binding wire, including covering the floor / windows with tarpaulin or equivalent covering material etc. and cleaning after repairs, curing etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In Charge.
Jacketing and strengthening of R.C.C column with free flow self compacting micro concrete made with Roff concrete Repair (Super flow micro concrete) manufactured by M/s. Roff construction chemical, (or) Renderoc RG manufactured by M/s. Fosroc chemicals (India) limited (or) ESSEN construction chemical or other approved equivalent make, which consist of dismantling loose concrete along with plaster, cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly with wire brush and finally with acetone, making micro concrete by mixing prepacked dry micro concrete and water in proportion as prescribed by the manufacture, mixing them thoroughly for 5 minutes for achieving free flow state of micro concrete, pouring the micro concrete in layers, compacting the concrete by blowing strokes with 16mm steel rod curing for 10 days (curing shall be commenced immediately after 4 hours of pouring concrete) etc. including providing shuttering etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In Charge .
Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete conforming to IS at all floors & levels including, supplying, cutting, bending, fixing and tying in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire including cost of binding wire, labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
With high yield strength deformed bars Fe 500 grade D
Sand faced cement plaster 20 mm thick in CM 1:4, two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix 'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Build Well ready mix plaster ' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd / Readymade polymerised Dry mix Plaster - Silicoplast of M/s. Precise Conchem Pvt. Ltd. or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering, including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and levels, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, including membrane curing by applying one coat brush, roller or spray using acrylic based curing compound i.e. Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals/ Concure of M/s FOSROC or other equivalent ( as per manufacturer's specification ) including removing existing damaged/ worn out plaster etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-In Charge.
Rough cast cement plaster 25 mm thick in two coats, for base coat in CM 1:4 using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Build Well ready mix plaster ' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd / Readymade polymerised Dry mix Plaster - Silicoplast of M/s. Precise Conchem Pvt. Ltd. or other approved equivalent make,having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at all floors & levels for base coat in 1:4, 12mm thick and finishing coat of 13 mm thick with cement and gravel in proportion of 1:3, including cleaning the surfaces, including membrane curing by applying one coat brush, roller or spray using acrylic based curing compound i.e. Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals/ Concure of M/s FOSROC or other equivalent ( as per manufacturer's specification ), including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including removing existing damaged /worm out plaster etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-In Charge
Cement plastering using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar in CM 1:4 of pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Build Well ready mix plaster ' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd / Readymade polymerised Dry mix Plaster - Silicoplast of M/s. Precise Conchem Pvt. Ltd. or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied on internal wall and ceiling with smooth finished over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including curing and removing existing damaged/ worn out plaster etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In Charge.
a) 12 mm thick
b) 15 mm thick.
Providing and applying one coat of base primer (Apex Ultima protect basecoat of M/s. Asian paints or Aquatech of M/s. ICI Dulux or equivalent) and two top coats of acrylic water proof exterior coating of Apex Ultima Protek of M/s. Asian Paints / Weather shield flexx rainproof system of M/s. ICI Dulux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.47 ltr/Sqm for 3 coats,(base coat @.29 Ltr/sqm & two top coats @0.18 Ltr/sqm ) for sand face surfaces including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. Complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-In Charge.
a) Over sand faced plastered / Form finished surfaces
b) Over rough cast plastered surfaces
Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats synthetic oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over one coat of approved cement primer, including thoroughly scrapping, removal of old paint if any, sand papering & preparing the surfaces, applying approved stucco putty entire surface to fill up crevices mild depression etc. scaffolding including cleaning of floors, doors & windows etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Painting old steel/wood work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over one coat of primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty wherever required and cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size at all floors, levels and locations including machine mixing, laying, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Pressure grouting through RCC wall by drilling holes in RCC to required depth without causing any damages to reinforcement, inserting 1/2'' dia PVC pipe in hole securing the sides of the hole with cement mortar 1:2, pressure grouting with a mix of Cement slurry with 225 gm Dr. Fixit pidicrete AM or equivalent per 50 kg cement bag and continuing the pressure grouting till the flow of cement slurry stops, removing the PVC pipe, sealing the hole with Polymer modified mortar etc. ensure curing by applying curing compound etc. Complete all as per specification and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing & laying10mm aggregate 1:2:4 screed average 50mm thick mixed with approved water proofing compound @ 2% of weight of cement spread over the existing roof for obtaining proper slope towards the existing the rain water spout, wherever required etc. complete all as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing & Applying seamless Acrylic based chemical waterproofing system with minimum 1 mm DFT (dry film thickness excluding thickness of membrane) including surface preparation as per general notes, primer coat, reinforcing membrane ( minimum 45 GSM) and multiple layers of chemical coat ( 2 to 3 coats as per manufacturer's specification with minimum consumption @ 1.6 +/- 5 % kg per sqm), removing the existing damaged water proofing treatment, if any, all complete as per the manufacturers specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 1) Smart care Damp Proof of M/s Asian paints 2) Dr. Fixit New coat of M/s Pidilite 3) Brush bond Roof Guard of M/s Fosroc 4) ShaliCryl® LM HI of M/s STP Limited, all confirming to the following technical requirements: Physical/Chemical properties: Solid content & Tensile Strength : as per manufacture specifications. Tensile Strength @ 14 days : 0.5N/mm2 to 1.0 N/mm2 Elongation : 100% minimum UV Resistant : continuous 500 hrs (min) as per ASTM D4587 Tested as per manufacture specifications
Over terrace slab, top of water tank and parapet etc. at all levels
Providing and fixing in position precast Glass reinforced concrete Screens / jali of minimum 30mm thick as per approved panel size, shape & design and drawing, cast at factory with mix design as Cement:50 kg, Quartz sand: 50kg, Super plasticizer: 0.1 kg, Polymer: 0.5kg, AR Glass fibre not less than 5% including providing necessary holes and keys in Jali for accommodating suitable approved section & S S anchor bolts etc. finishing the surface smooth with cement punning curing the jali in curing tank for a minimum period of 14 days and hoisting the jali with mechanical hoist properly and carefully without causing any damage, with required line & level including removing/disposing existing RCC Jali etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer in Charge
Providing, fixing one side polished granite stone for name plate at Entrance wall made up to 18 mm thick single piece stone of required size and shape with Hindi & English letter writing with golden engaging as per drawings etc. all complete as directed by Engineer In charge .
Providing and fixing in position Cast Iron entrance gate with approved animated design including welding fixing in postion,painting with approved colour with required line & level etc. as per specification and drawing all complete as directed by Engineer In charge.
Supplying and fixing in position Structural Steel at all level using Galvanized M. S. angles, channels, M. S. Rods, pipes, hollow sections, CI pointed top security bar, M. S. bracket, clamps, clips etc. with Galvanized and mass of zinc coating shall be minimum coating of 610 gm/ Sqm of different sizes made with including Galvanizing at all levels and locations in line, level fixing in position with necessary welding & M. S. hold fasts, required dia anchor fastener, embedding in 1:2:4 concrete including with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade & make over a coat of approved steel primer and removing exsting old /damaged grill, disposal of debris outside DAE premises etc. all complete as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

c) Hilti HIT -V 5.8 (F) M12 Anchor fastener by using HIT-HY270 Adhesive etc.
Providing and fixing 1mm thick Galvanized roofing sheet for roofing as per drawing & specification including necessary fixing in position by using hook/screws, cutting in required shape, size, by applying bitumen sealant etc. All complete as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer-In charge.
Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position at all floors factory made Aluminium grill /Aluminium sliding/top hung/fixed/ adjustable louvered windows & ventilators with rivit joint of specified size, made of integrated bronze anodised matt finished (15micron thick) aluminium section (extruded) , including for making exhaust fan frame work, handles of specified size etc., of approved manufactures for following types with extruded sections of Jindal / Jindal / Aluminax or other approved equivalent make of approved sections with size and weights as directed for frames and shutters(including wastages if any) wherever mitred joints required confirming to relevant IS specifications with all approved Bronze anodised aluminium fittings and accessories, latching fixture, 2/3 rollers with ball bearing of superior quality all as shown in the drawing including providing and fixing aluminium channel beading/glazing clips fixed with necessary bronze anodised screws, grouting the gap with sealant and including dismantling of existing window frame, shutter, glass, grill and depositing same to dept. store etc. all complete generally as per drawing, specifications etc., all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing and fixing aluminium grill 10mm thick DECO GRILLE make model no DG202 (Red colour) in approved colour anodising of Min 15 micron with a opening size of 60mm X 45mm and minimum weight of 4.282 kg/Sqm including providing and fixing suitable F & H frame section outer frame and mullion fixing with screw, double tubular necessary scaffolding complete. all as per specification and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge (Aluminium alloy shall be of 6063-T6 with yield strength of 6.5Kg/Sqm)
Providing & laying machine cut machine polished steel grey granite stonee as mentioned followings for window cills and Jambs etc. and including necessary cement mortar for backing/ bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing etc. as required including cutting of stone slabs, wastage, making cut outs wherever required etc. all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
a) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished steel grey granite stone for window cill in stepped form laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar & overlapping of 20 mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive with best workmanship including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc. complete.
b) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished steel grey granite stone for window jamb & bottom of lintel in single piece laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc. complete.
Providing and fixing following thickness of clear float/ Frosted/ Bajara sheet glass of M/s. Triveni/ Shree Vallabh/ IAG/ Modi guard/ Saint Gobain or other approved equivalent manufacture and fixing with Aluminium frame work (door/ window) including fixing aluminium channel beading and providing and fixing 2 way EPDM/PVC gasketing to ensure water and air tightness and neoprene cushions/ gasket accommodated in grooves, necessary bronze anodised screws etc. all complete generally as per drawings specifications and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
