Providing post construction anti termite treatment by drilling 1/2 inch dia., holes at the edges of wall floor junction and pouring anti termite chemical (Imidacloprid 30.5 SC, 10.5 ml for 5 Liters of water as per IS 16131.) with a hand operated pressure pump until refusal or to a maximum of one liter per hole. Holes shall be sealed with cement motor after treatment and providing spraying and injecting termiticides for treating and applying to doors, windows, frames, removing, crusting treating in Treatment along outside of foundations (i.e.,Soil in contact with external walls around the building and Concrete or Masonry apron around the building), Treatment of soil under floors - Inside Building, Treatment to voids in masonry, Treatment at points of contact of woodwork, Treatment of Wood Work, Treatment of Electrical Fixtures, as directed in IS 6313 Part 3 2013 with preventive chemicals duly taking precautions for health hazards and safety measures for the occupants including all costs, conveyances of all materials and labour charges,overheads and contractors profit etc complete for finished item of work to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
