RequiredValid Fire license by Fire department. (copy of fire license issued by Directorate of Maharashtra fire services)
RequiredCertificates of Work Experience Work completion certificate as per eligibility criteria as required in the NIT duly signed not below the rank of Executive Engineer/or equivalent. To be uploaded in the eligibility document section.
RequiredGST Registration certificate and upto date file return of the state in which the work is to be taken up, or as required by GST authorities then in such a case the bidder shall scan and upload following under taking along with other bid documents. If work is awarded to me, I/we shall obtain GST registration Certificate of the State, in which work is to be taken up, within one month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD
RequiredRegistration certificate of EPFO, ESIC and up to date return files is to be uploaded in the eligibility document section.
RequiredAffidavit as per provisions of clause 1.2.3 of CPWD-6 to be uploaded in the eligibility document section.
RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD (PROFORMA A) to the division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD To be uploaded in the eligibility document section.

RequiredAn undertaking on the letter head of the agency that Fire and Electrical Audit work will be carried out as per Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Act 2023, NBC Codes, CPWD Specifications, IS standards, fire codes, Indian Electricity Act and Indian Electricity Rules amended upto date.
RequiredAn undertaking after reading all the General Terms and Conditions and Additional terms and Conditions and uploading the undertaking that, I have read all the General Terms and Conditions and Additional Terms and Conditions carefully and I undertake that I/my firm will execute the work as per scope of work and as per all terms and conditions of work.
