Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of solar flat plate collector suitable for existing indirect heating system, of 100 LPD capacity of approx size of 2000 x 1000 mm, having high grade copper riser tube (09 nos of 12.5 mm dia size each), copper header pipe (02 nos of 25 mm dia size each), absorber plate made of copper (09 nos) duly black crome coated, tempered glass, fiberglass insulation, rubber gasket inluding connection with existing system with new flanges/gaskets also dismantling of old panel complete all as specified. Note: Any kind of addition/alteration, if required, to fit new panel in place of existing, the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate and no extra payment will be made in this effect.

S&F in replacement of industrial immersion heater of any type and size, 3.0 KW, ISI marked built in thermostat suitable for solar water heating system, complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of industrial immersion heater of any type and size, 6.0 KW, ISI marked built in thermostat suitable for solar water heating system, complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement 6 sqmm, 4 core size PVC insulated and PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 Volts, conforming to IS: 694, etc complete all as specifed and directed.

All as per item No 4 here-in-before but of 4 sqmm 4 core size.

S&F in replacement, Rigid steel conduit, black/brown colour, size 25 mm complete all as specified.

M&L for maintenance/repair by dismantling of existing solar flat plate collector of indirect heating system, comprising of inspection, descaling, brushing and cleaning of collector panel, riser tubes, header tubes, heat absorber tubes, connecting pipes and examining of water tightness of the same after wash, cleaning and descaling and repairing of leakage, if any, using welding/brazing and preparation of old painted surfaces of MS mounting frame and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on old surfaces etc and refixing the panel on same position incl nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified.

M&L Cutting existing steel tubing of 20 mm to 50 mm bore of pipe for alterations or additions (Each cut measured) complete all as specified.

M&L Screwing existing steel tubing of 20 mm to 50 mm bore of pipe for alterations or additions (or lengthening screw on pipe to from connector) complete all as specified.

Taking down GI water pipe 20 mm dia including all fitting/old insulation and fixing the same at original position duly insulated with 13 mm thick nitrile rubber insulation complete all as specified.

All as per item No 10 here-in-before but 25 mm dia.

M&L in replacement GI pipe 20 mm bore medium grade, ISI marked with and including all fittings complete fixed to walls/ceiling or laid in floors duly insulated with puff and aluminum cladding including taking up/down existing old pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 12 here-in-before but 25 mm dia.

M&L in replacement GI pipe 40 mm bore medium grade, ISI marked with and including all fittings complete fixed to walls/ceiling or laid in floors including taking up/down existing old pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning of water tank of 5,000L tank capacity including scrapping of scales, flushing out of silt and muddy water, washing with anti bacterial solution etc complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks,tripple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of 500 litres capacity, hoisted and fixed in position including, tank nipple and all fittings for connecting up pipes complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement rotational mouled polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 5000 ltr tripple layers (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position incl tank nipple and all fittings complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement rotational mouled polyethylene water storage tanks of 2000 ltr tripple layers (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position incl tank nipple complete all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement amp rating 240 V , 10 KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of SPN and 20 A current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commisioning complete all as specified.

M&L in replacement Mild steel framed/sheet work for tanks/panel/pump cage supported structure/ ladder and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 including welding/cutting of steel including painting of two coats of synthetic enemal paint over one coat of primer paint (incl prepration of surface) complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance/Repair of stainless steel hot water collection tank of capacity 10000/5000/2000/1000 ltr alongwith connected accessories/fittings without damaging the tank/accesorries, electric and water connections, checking of water leakages and arresting leakages using ss welding, descalling water tank including necessary welding, cutting, grinding, riveting etc. as required and making proper electric and water connection, testing for leakages/ smooth operation and re-insulating the entire tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge. Note : 1. The cost of insulation is deemed to be included in quoted rates. 2. The rates quoted by contractor includes all nessesery T&P required for disconnecting ,making all kind of elect/water connections and refixing the same after repair and minor adjustment in tank to be fixed in its original position to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L For taking down carefully stainless steel hot water collection tank of capacity 500/200 ltr from roof top alongwith connected accesorries/fittings without damaging the tank/accesorries/fittings with and including disconnecting of electric and water connections,checking of water leakages. arresting leakages using ss welding, descalling water tank including necessary welding, cutting, grinding, riveting etc.as required including two coats of synthatic enamel paint after preparation of old surfaces on existing angle iron structure, reinstallation of water tank in original location checking of alignment making proper electric and water connection, testing for leakages/ smooth operation and insulating the entire tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge. Note : 1 The cost of insulation is deemed to be included in quoted rates. 2. The rates quoted by contractor includes all nessesery T&P required for disconnecting, making all kind of elect/water connections and refixing the same after repair and minor adjustment in tank to be fixed in its original position to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement ball brass valve 25 mm bore high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 34 here-in-before but 20 mm bore

M&L for earthing complete with 600x600x6 mm surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to and including G.I. Strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts,nuts and check nuts and washers of galvanised iron 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit and 50 mm thick RCC M-25L (Design mix) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) pit cover, CI frame, charcoal and common salt filling in alternate layers complete all as shown and specified in electrical plate No 5 of SI part I of 1991.

M&L in replacement for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fix to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fix to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing extra as required but size 25 x 3 mm galvanised iron strip incl saddles, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified. Note:- Contractor will make his own arrangement for fixing of strips for high rise buildings and no extra payment will be made for the same complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified.

S&F solar flat collector plate toughened glass 3-5mm thick as per existing with all necessary fittings complete complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge..

M&L in replacement mild steel in flat ,round or square bars in availiable lengths Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality -A complete complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge..

M&L for disconnecting the damaged copper tube, flange and brazing the same alongwith replacement of damaged flange complete complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge..

M&L for fixing the procelain cleat insulator with the help of nut,bolts clamps etc to fix the strips of various size and types to separate from groung and wall complete all as specified.
