Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out in hard/dense soil for all as directed.

Returning and refilling of excavated soil upto a depth of 30 cm after riddling the excavated soil for laying underground cables and post holes all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M & L for brick protection to cable using old size sub class 'B' bricks, laid flat, dry butt jointed, laid lengthwise perpendicular to the axis of cable all as specified & directed.

Dismantling cross arms of MS channel or angle iron section etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of insulators any type and size.

Dismantling old and unserviceable ACSR conductor of any size / including disconnecting from the poles and depositing where directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation/ road cutting etc including necessary form work and finishing the exposed concrete surfaces even and fair all as specified and as directed

M&L Straight through joints heat shrinkable joint kits suitable for 3.5/4 core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured LT underground cable with aluminium conductors including joint kits and labour complete for making joints all as specified and as directed for following : - (a) 3.50/4 core cable 25 to 50 Sq mm.

(b) 3.50/4 core cable 70-120 Sq mm

(c) 3.50/4 core cable 240-300 Sq mm

Cutting chases on concrete surfaces for concealed GI tubing/HDPE pipe exceeding 10 cm but not exceeding 20 cm girth ,making good to facing where required and pointing in cement morter 1:3 all as directed.

Supply and Laying LT UG cable 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed amoured, heavy duty, in trenches/walls/poles/passing through pipes with stranded aluminium conductor of 6 sqmm 2 core complete including lugs/thimble/ferules connection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out the existing any description of LT UG cable and find out the fault and re-laying of the same LT UG cable 1100 Volts grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed amoured, heavy duty, in trenches/walls/poles/passing through pipes with multistranded aluminium conductor including lugs/thimble/ferules connection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified. Note: [i] Earth work, excavation sand cusioning, bricks for protection, GI pipe, LT UG Cable Joints etc shall be measured separately under relevant items of this schedule . [ii] If old LT UG cable will found unserviceable, if requirted LT U/G cable shall be mesaured and paid as Supply and Laying of LT UG cable under relevant items of this schedule. (a) 10 sqmm to 16 sqmm 2/4 core

(b) 16 sqmm to 35 sqmm 3.5 core

(c) 50 sqmm to 120 sqmm 3.5 core

(d) 150 sqmm to 240 sqmm 3.5 core

GI tubing 'Light' grade with all fittings for cable protection fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads crossing etc and made good the disturbed surfaces/area for following sizes of pipes :- (a) 40 mm Bore

(b) 50 mm Bore

(c) 80 mm bore

(d) 100 mm bore

M&L for 20 mm dia PVC conduit and accessories fixed to walls, poles etc for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC junction box out door type of size 280 mm x 170 mm x 130 mm with front openable hinged cover complete with two number aluminium bus bars mounted on porcelain insulator including clamps of MS flat iron 25 x 3 mm with bolts and nuts to fixed on pole/wall incl taking down of old U/S all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 core cable PVC insulated copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, 2.5 Sqmm size of ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to earth lead of 32x6 mm GI strip means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earth work. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC cover in 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm CTD 140mm centre to centre with suitable handle, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade pipe with funnel, charcoal salt connected to earthing test point all as specified including testing and commissioning on completion

Boring of holes under road,pavement and hard standing by trenchless techonology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 110 mm dia suitable for o.4 mpa working pressure
