SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION 400 SCMH (AVERAGE FLOW) ELECTRIC MOTOR DRIVEN CNG BOOSTER COMPRESSORS

Design, Procurement, Manufacture, Shop Testing/ Inspection and Supply of Electric Motor driven CNG Compressor package of min. average flow capacity of 400 SCMH (as per the attached Technical Specification) complete with electric motor driven hydraulic CNG Booster Compressor and desired heat exchanger suitable for above requirement and other accessories such as Air Compressor for erection and commissioning spares including acoustic enclosures

Freight, loading-unloading charges of 400 SCMH Motor Driven CNG Hydraulic Booster Compressor & auxillaries for any of the following locations: Araria, Purnia, Katihar and Kishanganj Districts Arwal, Jehanabad, Bhojpur and Buxar Districts Khagaria, Saharsa and Madhepura Districts Lakhisarai, Munger and Bhagalpur Districts Muzaffarpur, Vaishali, Saran and Samastipur Districts Nawada and Koderma Districts Sheikhpura, Jamui and Deoghar Districts Aurangabad, Kaimur & Rohtas Districts Bokaro, Hazaribagh & Ramgarh Districts Ashoknagar District Morena District Guna District Rewa District Srikakulam. LCV Trailer Panels LCV trailer panel complete with mass flow meter (with internal local display) with transmitter, cabling, suitable for hazardous area classification. Panel shall be weather proof. Sheet metal work shall be SS 304. LCV trailer panel shall be mounted/installed near LCV stand. Purchaser shall arrange SS316 tubing from compressor to trailer panel and from trailer panel to LCV filling point with hose and fittings. Hose & fittings shall be in bidder’s scope. Hose shall be 5 feet in length along with breakaway coupling & fitting (quickconnector coupler & Stem) should have provision of NRV.

INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING, TESTING ETC.

Installation, commissioning & Field performance test of Booster Compressor Package including air compressor system at site.

Operation and comprehensive Maintenance

Operation charges for 1st year i.e. during Warranty period (12 compressor x 12 months). Actual Payment shall be made on Pro- rata basis. The rates are applicable for working in 3 shifts.

Operation charges for 2nd year i.e. during Warranty period (12 compressor x 12 months). Actual Payment shall be made on Pro- rata basis. The rates are applicable for working in 3 shifts.

Operation charges for 3rd year i.e. during Warranty period (12 compressor x 12 months). Actual Payment shall be made on Pro- rata basis. The rates are applicable for working in 3 shifts.

Operation charges for 4th year i.e. during Warranty period (12 compressor x 12 months). Actual Payment shall be made on Pro- rata basis. The rates are applicable for working in 3 shifts.

Operation charges for 5th year i.e. during Warranty period (12 compressor x 12 months). Actual Payment shall be made on Pro- rata basis. The rates are applicable for working in 3 shifts.

Comprehensive Maintenance charges for 1st year i.e. during Warranty period (12 compressor x 12 months).

Comprehensive Maintenance charges for 2nd year i.e. during Warranty period (12 compressor x 12 months).

Comprehensive Maintenance charges for 3rd year i.e. during Warranty period (12 compressor x 12 months).

Comprehensive Maintenance charges for 4th year i.e. during Warranty period (12 compressor x 12 months).

Comprehensive Maintenance charges for 5th year i.e. during Warranty period (12 compressor x 12 months).

Financial Loading against Energy Consumption Bidder to quote energy consumption rate in KWH per hour over and above 20KWH per hour
