CCD PAINTING TO CERTAIN BUILDING BOUNDARY WALL IN TECH AREA AND CERTAIN OTHER MISC WORKS AT AF STN DHANSA AND INDAURA UNDER GE (AF) GURGAON

M&L for preparation(complete removal of existing treatment) of old decorated external wall/ceiling surface of existing treatment by scrapping with Trucare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sand pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and applying Two coats of wheather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint ( Camouflage Pattern) over priming coat premium quality on wall/ceiling surface including applying 1-2mm thick wall care putty over disturbed surface during preparation of any reason, sand papering thus make surface smooth upto 4th storey buildings complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a)Stage for preparation of surfaces shall be got approved from Engr-In-Charge before applying the finishes coat. (b) Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicators of manufacturer.

M&L for preparation of old treated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls/ceiling including cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot, filling cracks/holes with putty and applying one coat of wheather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint (Camouflage pattern) on walls complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with Trucare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sand pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible , filling of holes and cracks with with suitable material like cement or plaster of paris etc and thereafter applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Each stage of complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of surfaces after applying putty shall be got approved from Engg-In-Charge before applying the finishes coat. (b) Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicators of manufacturer. (c) Wall care putty shall be measured and paid seperately.

All as per item No.3 here-in-before but on surfaces of ceiling.

M&L for reparation of old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc.; rubbing down and stopping of surfaces using sand paper and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.5 here-in-before but on surfaces of ceiling.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth by cleaning, sand papering, brushing with wire brushes, scrapping by steel scrappers etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks complete all as specified .

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as directed

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick wall in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick,concrete or stone surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified

M&L for 5 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 in ceiling including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on walls including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces including rendering on fins, fascias, chajja, parapets etc and finishing the surfaces even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for Hardcore (broken stone or boulders) of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 with )using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of flooring etc complete all as specified.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified

M&L for providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath , parks , lawns,drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength , thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould , laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand , compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator,filling joints with sand andcutting of paver block as per required size and pattern,finishing and sweeping extra sand. Complete all as specified

M&L Non-skid coloured Endura outdoor tiles 18-20 mm thick (Square/rectangular) of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slury and pointed in coloured cement and pigment to match the tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M&L for 22-25 mm thick chequered designer coloured tiles (matt/glass finish), size, colour and shape as approved by GE, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 with using (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in pavement/Hardstanding complete all as specified.

M&L Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A'. Complete all as speicified.

M&L for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping benching, gola, slightly rounded and similar items complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down wall panelling and similar work all as specified.

S&F for solid colour Charcoal/WPC louvers 12mm to 25mm thick as in wall panelling inclusive of solvent cement incl necesssary PVC frame work for fixing on brick or concrete wall as per specification and drawing.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing.

Dismantling ceiling board (fiber, pulp insulation) or insulation board/slabs etc including grid work/wooden or aluminium frame works, cover fillet etc Complete all as specified.

M & L for clip in type armed strong metallic powder coated 0.5mm thick ceiling with GI framework made of standard Tee , Angle or any other section as in grid type ceiling framework as approved by GE . Ceiling shall be hanged to roof trusses / purlin rafters with the help of GI wire not less than 4mm dia at an interval n. exc 1m , the size of the metallic powder coated ceiling tiles 600 mm x 600 mm complete all as specified.

Informatory boards : Providing and fixing in repair retro reflectorised informatory sign boards with information both side made out of high intensity grade setting fixed over aluminium sheet 1.5 mm thick, framed on 25 X25 stainless steel square hollow section and fixed by 8mm round Stainless steel bar to stainless steel tubes 40mm medium grade 1.20 m long and embeded in the ground size 30x30x45 cm of PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and necessary excavation etc for size 1.20 X 0.90m complete all as directed.
