Material Supply of portable dewatering submersible pump set for dewatering muddy water, containing sand, Silt etc. of capacity 5 HP /3.7 KW having discharge of 800 LPM at 14 MW Head speed 2900 RPM, discharge size 80 mm, semi open impeller F8M, motor body AL/55 304, Mechanical seal TC/TC, S-410 shaft with 2 pole squirrel cage motor F class insulation with thermostat motor protection suitable for 415 V, 3 phases 50 Hz AC supply along with 15MW water proof cables . Make: SU/Mody/Approved by DJB
Supply of control panel with on-off arrangement in sheet metal enclosure suitable for 5 HP pump set comprising of Amp meter, volt meter, DOL Starter indicating lamps, single phase protection duly fixed along with control wiring etc. Make: L&T/BCH/Schindler.
Supply of armoured PVC copper cable double sheathed multi core submersible cable size 4 sq mm. Make: Grandlay/ Havells /Gloster.
Making & Supply of GI Pipe, 80 mm dia, medium class, of 3 mtr. long duty threaded on both side, welded & fitted with GI / MS flange on both ends, welding of L brackets on both flanges, drilling of 4 Nos. holes in each flange, with 2 slots for submersible cable . Make of pipe: Jindal/Tata.

Making & Supply of tail piece 80 mm dia length of 1.5 mtr.

Supply of Neoprene Rubber sheet Having 50% neoprene, 3mm thickness. Make: Jyoti/ Worth.
Making cover MS chequered sheet 3mm thick of sump/pit at site for existing dewatering pump set.
Installation charges of De watering p/set & laying of pipe with help of welding set,gas welding special inc/fixing of panel board and laying of cable inc /thimbling, taping properly with the help of required T&P with heavy labour.
Testing & commissioning of pump set after making all connection at site on load with proper testing equipments with engineer in charge.
