Schedule 'A' Section - I

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi stranded, FRLSH PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor cable in and including PVC Casing-n-caping of any size/dia, medium grade fixed on surface of wall complete incl all PVC accessories / fittings, brass screws, washers etc, incl providing 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for mounting switches/ sockets on boards with suitable size sunk boxes or with PVC gang boxes as per site requirements and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated stranded FRLSH copper conductor cable, unsheathed and connected to common earth and earth dolly including taking down old point wiring and making good the disturbed surfaces with two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing complete all as specified and directed for the followings :-

Material and labour for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLSH Copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) drawn in and including PVC conduit concealed in walls by making cutting in brick/stone masonry wall of required size with all fittings and accessories, incl sunken boxes and hylem sheet alongwith one single core green colour PVC insulated 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLSH Copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm as earth lead and connected to earth dolly including taking down old point wiring and making good the disturbed surfaces with two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing complete all as specified and directed for the following :- Note : (i) The Switch, sockets shall be mounted on newly provided MS sunken boxes with in and incl 3mm thick hylem sheet of suitable size. (ii) The rate for sunken boxes, hylem sheet and all accessories shall deemed to be included in the quotes rates of the item itself. No seperate payment shall be made in this regard.

Supply and fixing in replacement, lamp holder (Angular / Straight), insulated body, with back plate for batten fitting all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose surface, bakelite, three terminal, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in Replacement for sub main wiring with (2 Run) of single core PVC insulated sheathed 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLSH Copper conductor cable of size 4.0 sqmm (Nominal area) drawn through in and including PVC concealed conduit of required size with all fittings and accessories alongwith one single core green colour PVC insulated sheathed 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLSH Copper conductor cable of size 4.0 sqmm as earth lead and connected to earth dolly and making good to disturbed surfaces etc, all as specified and directed. Note :Thimble/ lugs of suitable rating of MCB should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB. (ii) Three Runs of cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length . (iii) All chases will be cut by chase cutter only.

Supply and fixing in repair VTPN DB 4 way, vertical loadline type, double door, IP 42, CRCA sheet powder coated vertical type factory made suitable for incorporating MCB as out going and MCCB as incomer including connecting incoming and outgoing cables & blanking plate as required and making good distrubed surface to match with existing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : For ser Nos - 14 to 23 Make of Isolator and MCBs to be of the same as of DBs.

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 Pole, 100 Amps, 16 KA 415 Volt, including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 Pole, 63 Amps, 16 KA 415 Volt, including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs Isolator 4 Pole 'C' series 100 amps capacity AC 415 V,10kA complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking down the unsv geyser of 25/ 50 ltr capacities from the site after disconnecting the water connection, electric connection, opening the geyser assembly and descalling the deposits in the inner container and outlet water pipe set complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- (i) Replacement of unsv bolts, rubber real, ring nuts, washers to be included in the rate quoted by tenderer. (ii) Material & labour for GI fittings and other connected works shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of schedule ‘A’ here in after) :-

Supply & fix in repair of geyser syphon assembly steel plate with nuts and bolts, washers, clamps and rubber ring any Make of geyser, for 25/50 ltr capacity of Geysers.

Supply and fixing in repairs Surface mounted LED bulk head 10 watt luminaire with ABS body & polycarbonate diffuser IP 65 including connecting to ceiling rose with 0.5 sqmm two core copper flexible conductor cable of suitable size including all acessories for fixing on wall all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs wall mounted decorative fancy light fitting with single glass and brass base as per sample or as approved by Engr-in-Charge suitable for (10-12) watts LED lamp including one number LED lamp (10-12) watt of coolday/warm white of base E-14/E-27/B-22, fixing on wall with all items required for fixing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in wall Surface Mounted General Purpose 18 Watts, LED Batten in Extruded Aluminium having THD < 10% fixed in repair incl making all necessary connection from ceiling rose to light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement to existing tube light fitting of any capacity with LED tube light fitting 18/20W, (single Side Connection) with rechargeable emergency invertor LED batten including all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 2'x2' LED luminaire 36watts, 4000k, Ultra modern recess mounting luminaire with high performance LEDs, suitable for mounting with Armstrong/Grid ceiling including all acessories for fixing in false ceiling/ceiling/in hanging position all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement, LED post top light fitting(20-22)Watt IP65 Rated LED Post Top ideal to lit up parks, garden ways and heritage sites incl LED light and making connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Recess mounting ceiling fitting 1'X4' LED 36/40 Watt light Edgelit slim panel having white powder coated extruded aluminium body with high quality LPG and PMMA diffuser. Separate HPF driver. Suitable for Armstrong and Grid ceiling, PF min 0.95 complete incl dismantling taking out unsv one of any make/ size complete all as specified and as directed (As per existing Sample).

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth in hard/dense soil and gating out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 50 mm outer dia confirming to IS-14390(Part-II) of approved colour with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials n.exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.64.00 here in before but MCCB 160 Amps 4 Pole, 36 kA, 415 V, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing electric insulation tape heavy duty complete all as per specifed and directed

Material and labour for Disconnecting of old unsv and making new chemical earthing GI earth electrode with medium grade of size 50mm dia upto 2 meter below ground level Installation, testing and commissioning of chemical earthing complete with buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2mtr below normal ground level earth electrode GI pipe connected to and incl galvanised earthing lead strip 32 x 6mm as main earthing lead by means of tinned copper/ brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer beside brazing at all joints as directed and earthing lead protected with 40mm dia light grade GI pipe from electrode and upto incl the earth test point, including alternate layers of 150mm thickness each of charcoal, common salt, magnisium sulphate/ chemical and as per manufacturer's recommendation including below the copper electrode also and excavation in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil, PCC pit chamber in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover 50mm thick in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia MS deformed bars @75 mm C/C both ways incl MS angle iron frame of size 40mmx40mmx3mm and incl testing the earthing on completioin, complete all as specified. The result of the earth resistance should be less that 1.0 Ohm and recorded results to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Old earthings are conventional type and sch of credit has been accounted for accordingly. (ii) Chemical to be used for earthing should be Marconite.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level steel earth plate connected with GI wire 04mm dia by means of lug, bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel GI protection pipe 15mm bore light grade all as shown in elect plate No.5 of SSR part I connecting to main switch board / Main DB’s including excavation, earth work, salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick around GI earth plate, GI pipe medium grade 20mm nominal bore watering pipe GI sheet funnel wire mesh, concrete pit, RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS Bars 6mm dia at the rate of 150mm center to center both way with suitable lifting handle and pit / chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 , Angle iron 40x40x5mm frame for pit cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Amount of credit of Rs. 109338.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
