Requireda) The bidder may be any reputed, experienced, eligible and interested transport contractors/ individual contractors/ firms/ companies/ agencies registered with concerned authority under relevant act

Requiredb) The bidder should have owned/ leased vehicles with RTA registration/permit alongwith insurance in Telangana state valid for the contract duration.

Requiredc) The bidder should have similar nature of work experience in providing hired vehicles JCB/Bobcat/Tipper/Trctor and manpower in any State/Central Govt./Semi-Govt./PSU Departments/Organizations with a value of experience (approx. 50% of ECV)

Requiredd) The bidder should have minimum turnover(100% of ECV) in any one year during the last (05) consecutive financial years of 2020-21 , 2021-22 , 2022-23, 2023-24&2024-25

Requirede) The bidder shall submit the IT Returns (AY 2024-25)(Copies shall be uploaded along with Tender)

Requiredf) The bidder should have PAN, GST Registration Certificate (Copies shall be uploaded along with Tender)

Requiredg) The bidder shall submit the self-declaration on blacklisting and litigation history.

RequiredFailure to comply with the deployment conditions will lead to cancellation of work / termination of contract as per tender conditions

Requiredh) The bidder shall submit a self-declaration in the prescribed Annexure-III stating that the vehicles will be deployed as per departmental instructions on a 24/7 basis upon award of the work
