Providing Catering Services for Indira Canteens in Bhadravathi, CMC limits of Shivamogga District in Karnataka State

The tenderer/firms/individuals should have minimum 3 years of experience in the field of cooking and catering/ Canteen Services.

Satisfactory completed as prime Supplier/ tenderer, at least one similar goods and services such as Providing Catering Services and/or running Hotel/restaurant/ canteen of value not less than Rs. 113.15 Lakhs in the last five years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25.

The tenderer/firms/individuals should have Registered with the Concerned Statutory Authorities (Tenderer needs to submit registration certificate from the competent authority)

LabourDepartment(Labour Licenses) (Satisfactory certificate from State or central Governmentand their undertakings).

Regional Provident Fund Commissioner for Provident Fund(PF)(Satisfactory certificate issued by the reputed private sector companies with supporting documents like VAT ,TDS, GST etc.)

Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESI) (Hotel / Canteen registrationcertificate and audited turnover statement by Chartered Accountant along with profit loss statement.)

Certificate under Food Safety Act( Relevant registration certificates from the competent authority.)

Achieved in at least TWO financial years a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 452.60 lakhs catering/Hotel/restaurant/ canteen business only the last five years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25 (with UDIN no)
