CERTAIN REPAIR TO SEWAGE LINE AND DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE OF SEWAGE SYSEM IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE NARANGI

Taking out carefully the cover slab of each manhole of depth upto 1.0 metre and removing the sludge by mechanical process or manual process, transporting to a distance exc 250 m but not exc 500 m and depositing the same in excavated earthen pit of sufficient size and depth in any type of soil within the defence land, where directed, including returning, filling of earth in excavated pit after every disposal of sludge and also applying one coat of linsed oil and cleaning with fresh water, placing the cover slab in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out carefully the cover slab of each manhole of depth from 1.0 mtr to 2.0 mtr and removing the sludge by mechanical process or manual process, transporting to a distance exc 250 m but not exc 500 m and depositing the same in excavated earthen pit of sufficient size and depth in any type of soil within the defence land, where directed, including returning, filling of earth in excavated pit after every disposal of sludge and also applying one coat of linsed oil and cleaning with fresh water, placing the cover slab in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blockage sewage line manually and then with fresh water of pipe 110 mm dia / 150 mm dia in between man holes and passing rubber ball of suitable size through line to ensure all blockage perfectly clear to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning carefully the blokage of soil / waste pipe manually and then using fresh water of the blockage in CI / PVC Pipe 75 to 100 mm dia on walls and ensure all blockage perfectly cleared including necessary scafolding up to a height of 20.00 metre to the entire satisfaction of complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out carefully the cover slab of gully traps of any size and shape ,depth and clearing the blockage by removing the sludge/any material to a distance exc. 250m and n.exc. 500m and cleaning with fresh water placing the cover slab / Grating in position complete all as specified and as directed

Clearing & removal of blockage, of any type in WC, EWC, WHB, Urinal, Sink, bathroom, Gully Trap, kitchen including floor/nahani traps, soil waste/vent pipes gully trap upto 1st manhole, in any situation by way of cleaning / desludging and removing foreign materials to a distance exc 250 m but not exc 1.50Km etc complete all as specified and as directed

Maintenance/Cleaning of masonry of concrete drains (cross sectional area n exc 1.20 Sqm) by desilting of all deposited soil/ silts and other materials including removing all vegitation from side and bottom of drains completely to get the original shape of drains and free flow of water and removing to a distance exc 250m and n exc 500m and depositing in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete as directed by Engr In Charge.

Cleaning of manholes of depth edepth from 2.0 mtr to 3.0 mtr mechanical process or manual process, by taking off sludge waste soil and silted soil from the existing manhole of any size including taking down cover slab of any type, thickness and size carefully and refixing in same position after necessary cleaning and removing the cleaned sludge out side the MOD land in sealed containers all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Cleaning of manholes of depth 3.0 mtr to 4.0 mtr mechanical process or manual process, by taking off sludge waste soil and silted soil from the existing manhole of any size including taking down cover slab of any type, thickness and size carefully and refixing in same position after necessary cleaning and removing the cleaned sludge out side the MOD land in sealed containers all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Providing one trolley mounted sewage pump of non clogging type with self primimng unit, 6.5 BHP capacity, diesel driven with discharge pipe inclunding fuel, pump operator and pumping out sewage/sludge effluent from sewage sump (to be used on failure of existing pumpig system) to keep line clear complete all as specified and directed.NOTE for Ser no Item No 1 to 11 :- a) Contractor shall detail his supervisor to office of AGE B/R - I Narangi daily by 9.00 AM who will report to concerned JE B/R /Engineer-in-Charge to receive all complaints of entire area under this contract. (b) Contractor shall provide service providers (1XSWEEPER & 1XHELPER) at complaint cell alongwith all requisite tools, equipments, including all safety measures (i.e safety shoes, gloves, googles, mask, helmet etc) for attending complaint and ensure completion report by 5.00 PM same day. (c) Please note that all the complaints relating to sewage line shall be attended within same day (within 12 hour). In case of blockage in sewage line could not be detacted/completed same day and concerned JE / Engineer-in-Charge is satisfied to the efforts applied but the same shall be attended and all blockage must be cleared by 24 hours (next day by 5.00 PM) without fails. (d) In case any complaint pertaining to clearing of blockage in sewage line is not removed /cleared within 24 hours (next day 5.00 PM). A penalty @ Rs. 100/- per complaint shall deducted from contractor payments.

Material and labour for loose filling with broken bricks gauge 40 to 80 mm in soak well including removing the old one if required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching and coping, cills, hold fasts, fixing of post, water trough etc. including necessary formwork (straight or curved) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm to 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre cast RCC cover slab, type B-1, 1:2:4 (Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in manhole cover slab etc., and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for RCC Nominal Mix Type A1 (1:1.5:3) using 20 mm aggregate on slabs supported on walls , beams and columns in floors , roofs,landings,balconies, canopies deck slabs and in shelves and the likew complete all as specified

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel /foundation PCC and drain including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for form work on flat sides to soffits of suspended roof slabs not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) rough finished surface of concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Formwork to edges of roughed finished surface of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizintal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, etc finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including provision of joint of size 10 mm wide and 30 mm deep at every 2.4 mtrs interval filled with sealing compound grade 'A' etc complete all as specified and as direted.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation, floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-polished cement concrete chequered tiles area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but n exc 0.11 Sqm and 25 mm thick with white cement and pigments of approved make jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match with the tiles over and including screed bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for heavy duty parking tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 10mm thick of approved make jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Non -skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 incl dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300X450X7mm thick as in skirting / dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match incl backing coat 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 incl dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed
