Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring light ,fan, light fittings,socket or power complete, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe costudy or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditioned separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade cable with multi strand copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm FRLS (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit, medium grade, ISI marked not less than 20mm dia, concealed in wall, ceiling with GI saddles GI screws, rawl plugs (concealed conduit wiring) with all fittings including Tee, Junction boxes and provision of pressed steel terminal modular box powder coated of suitable size for mounting switch sockets and regulators and drawing continuous earth wire of PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) complete all as specified. Note: Cost for cutting, chasing and making good to existing surfaces are deemed to be included in the Quoted Rate.

S&F in replacement MCB distribution board with Bus bar 200A neutral link ,earth bar made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface mounting TPN 4 way 230 volts double door type regal gray horizontal type complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- MCB shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F in replacement MCB distribution board with Bus bar 200A neutral link ,earth bar made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface mounting SPN 12 way 230 volts double door type regal gray horizontal type complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- MCB shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F of in replacement aluminium heat sink 2x2 40W LED CLEAN ROOM Edge light Panel IP65 SLEDPNL1037(6500K) recessed mounted 100lm/w efficacy, Soft and glare free light with dual optics,LM 80 tested LED technologhy, driver designed with high voltage protection upto 440v and Surge protection upto 4KV for False-Ceiling aluminium complete of make Wipro/Polycab/Havells all as specified and directed.

S&F of round shape 12 watt 220 volts AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with drivers, holders, LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down including disconnecting the electric connection of ceiling fan and dismantling blades,greasing and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) Note:- Old celing fan to be deposited to MES store yard for their further action all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chare. Note- Old ceiling fan to be deposited to AGE(I) (U) B/R office for further BER action.

Hanging / fixing only ceiling fan received from item No 35 above and connecting up including fastner and provision of suitable size of copper cable from connector of fans to ceiling rose carry out painting complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down including disconnecting the electric connection of exhaust fan and dismantling blades,greasing and painting the whole assembly complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300m sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers all as specified and directed.

S&F of exhaust fan made of sturdy engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 250/300m all as specified and directed. Note- Old Exhaust fan to be deposited to AGE(I) (U) B/R office for further BER action.

Taking down unserviceable submain wiring of alluminium two runs of any size cable including batten/conduit complete etc and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for in replacement submain wiring with two run of 4.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable of specified size of multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade IS:694 marked and one run of 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable for earth continuty conductordrawn through and under suitable size of rigid non metallic PVC conduit , medium grade, ISI marked ( not less than 20 mm dia) complete with all acessories and fittings all laid/fixed concealed in wall/ceiling or surface in wall and surface conduit on ceiling, and also include the specified runs of specified size earth continuity conductor of similar type cable complete all as specified - 2 Runs of 4.0 Sqmm single core and one run of 4.0 sqmm single core cable.( Note : considered for geyser point)

All as per item No 40 above but size 4x10.0 sq. mm + 2x10 sq. mm earth wire

M&L for taking down existing geyser carefully of any capacity without damaging from bathroom and to be kept in safe custody untill completion of finishing work and re-fixing the same after completion of work, including any type of repairing reqiured on it for making the Geyser in full serviceable condition complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of wall mounted LED bulk head fittings, 10 watt, warm white, 230 Volts, diffused optics ,etc complete with all accessories , connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to fitting, and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of in replacement of LED bldg security light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high essure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.
