Hire charge of Erection , fitting and fixing of steel tubular structure (Hanger) made with 50mm dia M.S. tube Truss frame with two lines at Top and bottom in curved manner of different size with 1.20 m and 2.40m secations fixing with 6mm thick M.S. plate joint in both faces and providing diagonal cross bracing in between the pipes of 25mm dia of 2 nos. & 8 nos. respectively fitted the frames.

Construction of pandel made with Bhaluka Bamboo post 100mm to 150 mm dia and salbali post of various length from eve point to ridge height 4.20 to ridge height 7.70 m (All the materials are contrsctor's property)

Fitting & Fixing PVC fire resitant tarpolin over the steel roof truss frame and plastic rope netting and tying the tarpaulin with plastic rope with the frame including carriage of materials at site and removing the same after the function as directed and specified. (All the materials are contractors property)

Kutchi design cloth decoration in ceiling of the pandal and side decoration of the pandal with kutchi design cloth etc.complete as directed.(All the materials are contractors property)

Providing view cutter with heavy duty rope over the tarpolin roofing,walling etc.complete as directed.

Construction of Stage of 2.00 m high with 50mm dia steel pipe fixing with cross pipe with bolt and nut. The post are at a distance of 1.20m apart and the platform with……..steel frame, staircase as directed by the deptt. (All the materials are contractors property)

Erection of steel tubular pipe (60.3 mm OD) Barricading of 1.50m high with steel pipe post @ 1.80m c/c driven at least 0.60m with 4 nos of horizontal steel pipe railing tied with nut and bolt with vertical member complete including all cost of carriage and labour for construction as well as removing the same after the function is over as directed and specifiede by the department (The dismatled steel pipes received from dismantling of baricade will be the contractor property after adjusting salvage value)

Printing, framing and fixing flex including local carriage etc. complete as directed including cost of dismantling after the function is over. (All the dismental materials will be contractor's property as the salvage value is considered)

Wooden Flooring etc. including fixing to wooden frame with iron screws etc. Red Port complete as directed by the department including dismantling of the same after the function is over (all the dismantled materials will be of contractor's property as the salvage value is considered )

Hire charge of Grass Carpet including carriage as directed by the deptt.

Hire charge of Sofa Set as directed by the deptt.

Hire charge of VIP Chair including carriage as directed by the deptt.

Flower decoration for stage with natural flower and flower tubs including carriage complete considering 1 job.
