Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone agg.) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry. But excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc complete. (50 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone. including all carriages, Head load etc from approved source up to site of work complete job. CRUSHED.
Providing & fixing vitrified flooring tiles 2'x2' of standrad/ approved make in all colours & shades over 20mm thick bed of cement mortor 1:4 mix (1 cement :4 course sand) including all pointing the joints with white cement with all carriages of material from approved source up to site of work complete job.
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manafacture to give an even shade. (Two or more coats on new work). Wood work.
French siprit polishing with two or more coats on new work including a coat of wood filter.
Providing & applying white cement based based putty of average thickness 2 mm thickness of approved brand and manafacture over plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth completly.
Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manafacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new work and including priming coat with cement primer.
Applying Primier with ready mixed red oxide Zinc Chromate primier of approved brand and manafacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works.
Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manafacture in all shades to given an even shade. (two or more coats on new steel work).
