Providing, installation, testing and successful commissioning of 600 mm ND Non Return Valve in the rising main of Crude Station of water supply scheme Dal Bund, Nishat. The valve to be Single Door Non Return Valve (Swing check type, double flanged) conforming to IS 5312, (Part-1) 2004 standard of dimensions, material of construction and constructional features. The Non Return Valve to be metal-metal seated type arrangement with proven performance, rigid and sturdy design with minimum loss of head across the valve. The valve shall be with perfect interchangeability of components, assured parallelism between side flanges, long service life and leak tightness of high order. By pass arrangement should be provided with size as per standards of IS: 5312, part-1 with by pass valve of gun metal 65 mm dia Class 2. The job shall also include removing / dismantling of the old 600 mm ND NRV from the rising main, providing and fitting of PN 16 MS flanges (02 No.), CAF gaskets (IS 638) and the screwed fasteners complete. Providing ,Fitting ,Installation and Successful commissioning of 150 mm Dia Resilient- seated Ductile Iron PN 16 Sluice /Gate valve of having below specifications. Body ,wedge and Bonnet: Ductile Iron(EN-JS- 1050/1030) Wedge (fully rubber Encapsulated all over with EPDM Stem : Stainless steel IS: 6603 12Cr13/22Cr 13; AISI 420/AISI 410 Nuts: Brass Surface Protection: Inside and outside Epoxy Coating /Electro static powder coating to GSK quality regulations. Mode of Operation Hand wheel/manual Acceptable Make: VAG / Talis/AVK “Test Certificate of manufacturer is Mandatory” The job includes providing and fitting of 02 nos. 18mm thick M.S flanges perfectly adaptable to the inbuilt flanges of the above valve which shall be fitted with the washout system at appropriate spot /as per site requirement. The job includes Providing and fitting of fasteners and gasket as per site requirement. All types of skilled labors, tools and tackles ,etc required for the job is to be arranged by the firm

Providing, installation & testing of DN-80 Air Release Valve float operated compound leverage type(VAG/AVK/Sigma Flow) Confirming to AISI/ASTM specifications to withstand high hydraulic pressure up to 3000 PSIG to be fitted in the rising main. The job also includes providing and welding of M.S. nipple of 300 mmx80 mmx5mm welded over with cup shaped nipple of size 225mmx100mmx5mm on one side and 10 mm thick flange welded on other side with 100 mm as outer dia of flange and inner hole dia equal to 80 mm. The nipple is to be welded over the hole of the rising main pipe from open end and flanged with the air release valve from the flanged end. The job includes cost on account of providing and fitting of B class G.I. 225mm x 50 mm to be fitted at the vent hole at the top end of the air release valve.
