S&F powder coated aluminium anodised louvered ventilator as per requirement and with peripeheral frame and one fixed ventialtor with mosquito net completely fixed in repairs all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge.

S & F factory made solid PVC door frame of 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of plain colour sheet and edges will be printed to match with printed sheet.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to b fitted in the MS frame welded /sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cwement, supplying & fixing the frame at site.

Note:-Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid for seperately.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, walls, chhajjas, sunken slab etc, shall be carried out as specified below and as directed complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Preparing plastered surfaces of roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc, by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc & evenly applying a coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm of area complete all as specified. (b) Laying APP polymer modified approved membrane, non woven, polyester, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm with laps & overlaps as specified & joints sealed and applied complete by torch application method all as specified & directed. Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakage & seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE. (c) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 ltr/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, walls, chhajjas, sunken slabs etc, shall be carried out as specified below and as directed complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Remove the loose plastered/concrete surface and levelling/plastering the surface with CM 1:4 and waid for curing period. (b) Prepare the surface thoroughly by cleaning, washing and removing dust, dirt, oil, grease and loose particles & Cracks less than 2 mm, should be cleaned free of dust with a vacuum cleaner.Apply Dr. Fixit Primeseal in the crack and let it dry. Then pour Dr. Fixit Newcoat or equivalent as specified in PS clause into these cracks and wait for it to dry. (c) Dilute 2 parts of Dr. Fixit Primeseal or or equivalent as specified in PS clause with 1 one part of water and applied over the surface @ 2 sqm per litre or as per manufactures instruction of total mix and allow it to dry for 6 to 8 hrs (d) Apply the first coat of water proofing solution of Dr. Fixit Newcoat without any dilution at the rate of 2 Sqm per litre and after drying the surface repeat the second coat with same procedure or as per manufacturers instruction. (e) The application/treatement shall be carried out through authorised applicator and Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakage & seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE. All treatment shall be done with Dr Fixit Newcoat or equivalent treatment as specified in PS clause

M & L for providing bed to drain pipes 200 mm dia in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid & tested.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for CI pipe 150mm bore.

S&F 150mm RCC Hume pipe class NP2 laid and jointed complete with collars

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (Using 20mm grade aggregate), as in surfaces channels, drains and sunken slabs, toilets around water closet etc complete

Demolition RCC (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) cover slabs and similar suspended work and rubbish off the premises, throw at low lying area as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

M&L for factory made precast reinforced manhole covers of 80mm thick alongwith necessary coping frame about 130 to 150mm thick with heavy duty of concrete grade M-20 with plain/designed/ rain water drainage holes faces of area not exc 1.0 sqm incl frame and set in CM (1:4) and finished over manholes/drains as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make:- k k concrete, pune or equivalent as specified in PS.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concerete sewage/drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required of any dia.

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150mm dia pipe
