Fly Ash Brick masonry using Fly Ash Bricks (25cmX12cmX8cm) having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/sqcm with dimensional tolerance +2% in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in SUPERSTRUCTURES in all floors including splays, cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, champhering and similar such type of works, scaffolding, watering, curing, including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. R.C.C work of M-20 Grade having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200kg/sqcm in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS516 using 20mm down graded size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips as per the design mix of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction by using vibrators, watering, curing for 28days, centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of MS Rod or tor steel and binding wires & labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills etc. as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Cutting, straightening coiled or bent up M.S. Rod or tor steel (TATA/ SAIL/Vizag/ Zindal etc)including bending, binding, welding and joining if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. Work and for providing fan hooks as required, hoisting, lowering, laying including cost, conveyances, taxes of M.S. Rod or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors (payment will be made on standard weight of B.I.S. for M.S. Rods or tor steel only) etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. (i)Ground floor

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) in all floors finished smooth to out side smooth surface of brick walls after racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface & finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden float only to proper plumbs & level and making necessary grooves, beads & drip course to give required ornamental finish as per drawing, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.
