SCHEDULE A: CIVIL WORKS

Removal of partician cabins and urinal partitions from restrooms and partician borad doors from any level of the UG stations or elevated stations or stacking of serviceable material with in 500 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of false ceilings and their accessories from any level of the UG stations or elevated stations or stacking of serviceable material with in 500 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of existing doors, door frames and its accesseries in Gents restroom, Ladies rest room and PH Restroom from any levels of a UG stations or elevated stations or stacking of serviceable material with in 500 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of existing Sanitary fixtures such as EWC, Urinals, Wash basins, Health faucets, Mirrors, bottle traps, foot operating valve Grab bars, Hand rails and others availables/etc for a UG Station/ Elevated Station including Gents restroom, Ladies restroom and PH restrooms from any level of the UG stations or elevated stations, disposal and stacking of serviceable material with in 500 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement Mortar

Dismantling the floor finish and dadooing walls in cement mortar with Glazed tiles/cuddapah slab and clearing away with carefully stacking materials up to a lead of 1 kilometre, for a UG Station/ Elevated Station including Gents restroom, Ladies restroom and PH restrooms from any level of the UG stations or elevated stations as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometre, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling , removing and carefully stacking lime concrete etc at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometre, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Transporting of existing restroom built-ups components by Vechiles / machineries capacity of 5 ton including floor tiles, sunken fillings, sewage and urinal pipelines, water pipelines, floor traps, floor clean-outs and other fixtures, including transportation from any level of the UG Stations or elevated stations and disposal at designated locations (kodungaiyur or city outer) with required leads up to 70 km as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Transporting of existing restroom built-ups components using Vechiles/machineries capacity of 5 ton including partician cabins, false ceilings, existing doors, door frames, EWC, Urinals, Wash basins, Health faucets, Mirrors, bottle traps, foot operating valve Grab bars, Hand rails and other fixtures, including transportation from any level of the UG Stations or elevated stations and Stagnation at designated locations (Wimco nagar depot and Koyambedu Depot) with required leads up to 35 km as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, mixing, laying polymer based water proofing treatment or brushband water prrofing treatment for the Sunken Toilet RCC wall ,Clearing surface thoroughly with water and remove all the impurities and loose particles, flacks, fungus growth etc., by suitable mechanical means like scrapping or wire brushing, after dryed Condition to applying flexible, waterproofing compound confirming to IS:2645, to a thickness of 1mm two coats applyed of the prepared surface of the roof slab / floor slab as per specifications mentioned above providing cement mortar 1:3, waterproofing cover plaster to a thickness of 12mm over the membrane coating with admixture of approved make. after dryed condition another two coats applyed from the plastering surfaces. Rate inclusive of Water Stagnation for 24 hours, Rate quoted is inclusive of preparation of surface, which includes cleaning of surface polymer mortar curing, labour, tools and equipment, etc. , grouting with cement and sand required for the treatment, the cost and labour charges for fixing 25mm dia pressure pipes 15kg/cm2 to a length of 45cm for drip pipes ( Spout Pipe ), etc. complete.

Supplying, laying and position best quality Indian cast iron soil / waste pipes of 150mm dia of approved brand and quality conforming to BIS and providing leak proof joints with spun yarn and making connection to all sanitary fittings with required number of special, clamps, cement and spun yarn, dismantling the masonry / RCC wherever necessary and making good the dismanlted portion to the original condition including painting the cast iron pipes and fittings with two coats of anti corrosive paint on both inner and outer sides of pipe of approved quality and colour and the pipes fixed in postion in true alignment, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and instruction by Engineer - In - Charge.

Supplying, laying and position best quality Indian cast iron soil / waste pipes of 100mm dia of approved brand and quality conforming to BIS and providing leak proof joints with spun yarn and making connection to all sanitary fittings with required number of special, clamps, cement and spun yarn, dismantling the masonry / RCC wherever necessary and making good the dismanlted portion to the original condition including painting the cast iron pipes and fittings with two coats of anti corrosive paint on both inner and outer sides of pipe of approved quality and colour and the pipes fixed in postion in true alignment, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and instruction by Engineer - In - Charge.

Supply,laying,fixing of PE-AL-PE Composite pressure pipes 1620 pipe of 25mm dia 1.0Mpa conforming to IS - Five Only 15450 ,UV Stabilised with carbon black having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply,capable to withstand temperature up to 80 deg C and fittings like elbows,bend,couplers and Tee with suitable support like GI C Channel, bed Clamp,U bolt etc at Station box and ramp as instructed by Engineer-in-charge.This includes cutting of existing pipe jointing/re-routing,packing at concourse soffit level and stagging/Scaffolding as per safety norms with suitable accessories and including all transporation and leads upto track and undercroft level instructed by Engineer In Charge.

Supplying and filling the Brick Jelly Lime Concrete1:2:5 using 40mm brick jelly in Lime Mortar 1:2 -10cu.m. including conveyance loading and unloading charges and all other incidential charges filling laying watering and consolidation etc., complete in accordance with specification instructed by Engineer In Charge.

Supplying and fixing position CI Nahani Trap / Floor Trap of sizes 100x75mm with best stainless steel gratings and drain with cockroach trap of approved brand and quality, fixed over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 (One part of lime, two part of sand and five part of 40mm gauge brick jelly) and finished with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement, Three sand) including dismantling masonry works wherever found necessary and making good the dismantled portions to the original condition and giving connection to the CI / PVC pipes, etc.,instructed by Engineer In Charge.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete of M35 grade with minimum cement content of 370 kg /cumfor Plain Cement Concrete/ Reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note:In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including curing etc. complete and as instructed by Engineer In Charge.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including finsihing, curing, etc., instructed by Engineer In Charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of 50mm thickness in RCC 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggregates), using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc.,instructed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply, Fixing, Testing and Commissioning of Granite Counter for wash basin with varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs 18mm to 20mm thick jet black with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc. instructed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply, Fixing, Testing and Commissioning of EWC, Soft Close Hydraulic Seat Cover, Wall hung Water Closet PAN connector, Rack Bolt for Water closet ( Stainless steel ), inlet and outlet Gasket, consealed flush tank of Single piece slim concealed cistern with wall mounting frame, installation kit and “S-type” drain pipe connection set for wall hung WC.,neccessary conncetion, water lines, scres, chellac, welding charges, including transport changes, Heavy Duty & Dual Flush Flushing System Push Plate and other accesseries, Etc., Specified model and make as instructed by Engineer In Charge.

Supplying and fixing in positon Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) with Consealed flushing tanks with all accessories, IWC of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to CI soil pipes (including the cost of 100mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., consealed flush tank of Single piece slim concealed cistern with wall mounting frame, installation kit and “S-type” drain pipe connection set for wall hung WC.,neccessary conncetion, water lines, scres, chellac, welding charges, including transport changes, etc., complete complying with standard specifications as instructed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply and Fixing of Wall tiles of size 1200mm x 600mm x 10mm for rest rooms laid Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification as instructed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply, Fixing PVC Trims (Beading) in specified model and make as instructed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply and fixing of anti skit floor tiles of size 600 x 600 x 10mm or restrooms laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification as instructed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply and Fixing of polyurethane strip tactile of 5mm thickness, 300mm X 300mm size on granite or any other floorings using PU adhesive of approved make including fixing of mask tape of 25mm width all along th boundaries to prevent the entry of water during its settling time, the cost also includes the preparation of surface such as cleaning, grinding or any other activity that is required to complete the work

Supply, Fixing, Testing and Commissioning of Urinals with AC powered Electrical Sensors using PVC Insulated Single Core Multi Strand Fire Retardant Low Smoke (FRLS) Flexible Copper Cable With 4.50m Length,bottle trap, connection hose, waste coupling with necessary fittings and accesseries checked without any leakage etc., specified model and make as instructed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply, Fixing, Testing and Commissioning of Counter top Wash Basin/ child sized wash basin with bottle trap, AC powered Electrical Opal Prime Sensors Pillar cock, angle cock, connection hose, waste hose, waste coupling, and other fittings in specified model approved make conforming to BIS specifications and quality including cost of Loading and unloading shellac, thread, etc., complete complying with standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary fittings in specified model and make as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Health Faucet for rest rooms (heavy duty) of approved make conforming to BIS specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread, etc., complete complying with standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary fittings in specified model and make as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Swing Grab bars for PH EWC with necessary fittings in specified model and make as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Vertical Grab bar and Horizonatal grab bars for PH Urinals and PH Wash basin with necessary fittings in specified model and make as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying and Installing Metal False Ceiling using Fire Retardant Galvanized Steel Sheet Plain lay in tile size 600mm x 600mm, 0.5mm thick, powder coated on external surface and shall have flange on all four sides to rest on the exposed grids. The system to give 600mm x 600mm centre to centre ‘T’. The ‘T’ shall be not be dipped GI Tee Section 3600mm long main Tee. 24mm wide and cross Tee panels are formed by running main runner of ‘T’ section of size 30mm x 24mm powder coated at bottom at intervals with powder coating at bottom. Necessary provision of inter locking of ‘T’ section are made at required intervals not exceeding 1200mm. The main runners are suspended from the ceiling by means of 4mm dia. GI rods fixed to the ceiling using anchor fasteners of 50mm x 8mm size with nylon inset and hooked to the main rubbers using clips. The last hangers at end of each rubber should not be greater than 600mm from the adjacent wall. The last panel shall be placed at the side wall using edge profile ‘L’ Angle of size 20mm x 20mm and fixed to the side wall the false ceiling should be fixed of same level and should present a neat look complete complying with standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary fittings in specified model and make as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete.

Supply and fixing of HPL Design board partition wall for Restrooms and urinal partition using power drill, swing Mechanisim, Stainless steel handle both side required, nob mechanisim, Bottom and top edge finish and support finish to use stainless steel material or MDF Board materials, wall fixing Supports to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed and instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Hollow metal fire rated doors at all levels from ISO 9001-2000 certified Manufacturer. Fire door should be as per IS 3614 part-1 & part-2 and BS 476 part 2 or EN 1634. Recommended fire door shall be tested and certified by a third party evaluation program from approved international agency like CERTIFIRE and labled. Where third party evaluation is not required fire doors should be tested at CBRI or ARAI for maximum rating of 2hrs both with vision panel and without vision panel. Pressed Galvanized steel Single /Double leaf door of approved make shakti met-dor or its approved equivalent which consists of frame, shutter, infill and finish as detailed below and conforming to IS 277. All doors and frames shall be finished with polyurethane aliphatic grade paint of approved colour. The door leaf and frame shall have passed minimum 250 hours of salt sprey test. SI no. 46 and 47 are subitems of SI.NO.45

Supply, fixing Door frame shall be double rebate profile of size 143 x 57 mm made out of 2mm (14gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be Welded, all provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Rubber door silencers should be provided on the striking jamb. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with cement & sand slurry necessary for fire doors on the clear masonry opening and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed and instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply, fixing Door leaf shall be 48mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 1.6mm (16guage) minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be Mineralwool. All doors shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks,surface mounted electro magnetic locks and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. 200x300mm Vision lite wherever applicable should be provided as per manufacturers recommendation with a beeding and screws from inside. The glass should be 6mm clear borosilicate fire rated glass of relavant rating of the door. other Dorma Hardwares alone will be paid Separetly and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed and instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing factory-made uPVC glazed/wire mesh windows/doors comprising of lead-free uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion/coupler (where ever required) extruded profiles having a minimum wall thickness of 1.70 mm for Series R1 and R2 profiles and 2.10 mm for Series R3 and R4 profiles conforming to EN: 12608 in any shape, colour and design duly reinforced with galvanized mild steel section made of required shape & size as per CPWD Specification, uPVC extruded glazing beads, interlocks and Inline sash adaptor (where ever required) of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, hardware, SS 304 grade fasteners of minimum 8 mm dia with countersunk head, comprising of matching polyamide PA6 grade sleeve for fixing frame to finished wall as per IS 1367: Part 1 to 14, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame, sash & mullion (if required) shall be mitred cut and fusion welded/mechanically jointed duly sealed at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. After fixing the frame the gap between the frame and the adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weatherproof silicon sealant over the backer rod of approved size and quality, all complete as per the approved drawing conforming to CPWD specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Section of steel reinforcement and cross sections of uPVC profiles to be as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Wire mesh / Glazing of plain/ toughened/ laminated/ double glass unit with/without high-performance coatings as per design requirements and conforming to IS: 3548 & IS: 16231 shall be paid separately. Note:- Structural design proof checked from a Government Engineering Institute, to be provided by the manufacturer for: (i) Sites with basic wind speed > 45 m/sec as per IS 875 - Part 3 (ii) Sites with a structure height of more than 20m for all wind speeds SI no. 49 are subitems of SI.NO.48

Using R4 series with frame (64mm & above) x (45mm & above) & sash (44mm & above) x (55mm & above) with zinc alloy (zamak) powder coated handle on every panel along with multi-point locking system (Height above 1.8m)

Supply and fixing of Baby Holding stand for the PH restrooms to conveyance and the rate is including necessary using power drill to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed and instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of mirror with back side LED light over the wash basin counter in a specifed models, mirror back side support using MDF materials or water proof plywood and inside for enamel paint with necessary screws nail., adhesives of resin including labour charges for fixing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Soap Oil dispenser (sensor type) in a specifed model conveyance and the rate is including necessary using power drill to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed and instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing Wall/Face Mounted Non-Illuminated Signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per the approved design, Drawing and location, technical specification, signage schedule and to the satisfaction of the Employer. 50mm deep Sign box made from extruded Profiled Aluminium modular system with anodized finish of AO 01250/AO 6037 complete. Sign box including channel supports are to be anodised coated to match the colour as per drawing and guideline. Front facia, pictograms and its graphics are to be made up of 4mm thick 040 Acrylic sheet decorated with 3M plotter cut vinyl and approved colour 3M cast vinyl design electro cut and pasted on. The rate is inclusive of Supply, Installation of signages inclusive of all Materials, fabrication, fixing, all accessories, labour, Transport, Cleaning of Surface, all leads and lifts etc complete

Supplying and Fixing of 15mm dia Ball Valve in a designated storage unit as per specification and instructed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
