Material & Labour for making holes in brick/stone walls for exhaust fan upto tripple storey buildings consisting of 230 mm to 400 mm thickness of wall with internal dia of 250 mm to 300 mm for fixing RCC hume pipe and exhaust fan and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) and reparing broken wall with plaster including whiste washing or distempering with putty on plastered and internal surfaces of hume pipe and no separate items for these shall be paid.

Fixing only exhaust fans AC single phase 230/240 volts of 225mm sweep without louver and complete accessories in prepared holes as described in above item No. 1 (Note : Exhaust fan will be issued under Sch 'B' Store free for fixing)

Supply & Fixing MS exhaust louvers of overall size 350 mm X 350 mm and frame made of MS sheet size 25 mmX25mmX1mm thick and 4 nos of louvers fins 0.51 mm thick and 80 mm width made of MS sheet in each exhaust louvers etc including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm multistranded,1100 volt grade copper conductor cable of PVC insulated, FRLS and unsheathed type alongwith 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for continous earthing in & including PVC casing capping with accessories having ISI mark fixed on wall surfaces / ceiling including provision of PVC box of appropriate size for fixing switches/sockets etc. all as specified (Make of cable: Kalinga/Havells/Anchor) for one Exhaust Fan point controlled by one switch.

Taking down old and Material and Labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm multistranded,1100 volt grade copper conductor cable of PVC insulated, FRLS and unsheathed type alongwith 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for continous earthing in & including PVC rigid conduit concealed with accessories having ISI mark fixed on wall surfaces / ceiling including provision of PVC box of appropriate size for fixing switches sockets etc. all as specified (Make of cable: Kalinga/Havells/Anchor) for one fan point controlled by one switch.

All the item No 6 but for One socket 3 Pin 15A pin socket oulet 15Amps on indepndent board with cables 4 Sqmm size for geyser point

S&F switch piano flush type single pole one way 5/6 Amps. Make : Anchor / Leader/ Kinjal.

Taking down U/S earth plug and Supply & fix new metal clad 20 Amp 230 volts single pole and neutral and earth enclosure with two pin and earth plug with socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20 Amp 10 KA all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Submain wiring with two run of single core 4 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn through and incl 25 mm dia PVC non metallic rigid conduits and the conduits accessories incl one run of earth continuity conductor with 4.0 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable all as specified and directed . Note :- Two run of single core cable and one run of earth continuity conductor and one metre of conduit shall be measured as one unit.Make: Anchor/Havells/Polycab

Fixing only Ceiling fan AC single phase 230/240 volts AC 1200 sweep with complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : Ceiling fan will be issued under Sch 'B' Store free for fixing)
