Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of ‘A’ Mess Pump House by operating pumps motors DG sets and operation of valves in the AOR of A mess by deployed 01(one) FGM (Skilled) and 01Mate (Un-skilled) in each shift. Shift of 8 hours. Total 2 FGM and 2 mate in 2 shifts per day . Note: Total 02(two) FGM, 02 (two) Mate per day .

Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of valves on pipeline distribution network in PB Enclave area by deployed 01(one) valveman (Un-skilled) in each shift of 8 hours, total 2 valvemen in 2 shifts per day. Note: total 02(two) Valveman per day to be deployed for carrying out the duties.

Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of pumps, motors and valves at ‘Chinar Complex' Pump House by deployed 01 (one) FGM (Skilled) and 01 (one) valveman (Un-skilled) in each shift of 8 hours. Note : Total 01(one) FGM and 01(one) Valveman per day to be deployed for carrying out the duties.

Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of valves and distribution network for HQNC and CP area by deployed 01(one) mate (Un-skilled) in per shift of 8 hours, total 2 mates in 2 shifts per day. Note: Total 02(two) Mate per day to be deployed for carrying out the duties.

Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of NCSR area for operating valves & pump by deployed one (01) mate (Un-skilled) in one shift per day. Note: Total 01 (One) Mate per day to be deployed for carrying out duties.

Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of water supply distribution line supplying water to OTM Accn, Md Accn & unit area located under AOR of Distribution area by deploying 01 (one) Pipe fitter (Skilled) and 02(two) Mate (Un-skilled) in one shift of 8 hours for performing their duties. Note: Total 1 (one) Pipe fitter and 2 Mate in one shift per day

Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of pumps,motors,valves and distribution network at swimming pool and sorrounding ares by deployed 01(one) Mate (Un-skilled) in each shift of 8 hours for carrying out duties. Note : The contractor has to deployed one mate per day.

Note for item 1 to 7: (i) The contractor will ensure suitable repalcement of Electrician/FGM/Pipe fitter /Mate on rest days and Wages for the same deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted against items of M&O. (ii) The contractor shall produce details of the persons deplyed by him his skilled/unskilled persons like Name, Aadhar No, Aadhar linked Bank A/c No, Experience certificate EPF No and ESIC No within a week of Acceptance of tender. The work will be commenced only after submission of requisite documents . (iii) The contractor shall ensure that his persons always be present in their shift. (vi) The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the complete area (i.e. inside boundary wall ) such as building, hard standing, foothpath etc in neat and clean position . All necessary T&P for cutting /cleaning of grass and vegitation will be arranged by contractor without any extra cost. (iv) The contractor shall provide uniform, raincoat, protective clothing such as hand gloves, helmet, safety belt, first aid box and shoes etc to all persons on duty and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate of items of M&O here in before. The uniform shall have the name of the contractor and MES written on the shirt Pocket (Left and right side).

Note for item 1 to 7: (v) The persons deployed by the contractor should have experience of nature of work under this CA. (vi) The contractor shall provide log sheet and maintain the the same on daily basis and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate of BOQ here in before. (vii) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAKE PAYMENT TO HIS STAFF EMPLOYED FOR THIS WORK EVERY MONTH, ACCOUNTED FOR, FROM THE DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF THE WORK AND SUBMIT TO THE ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE BANK STATEMENT/INDIVIDUAL’S PASS BOOK, EPF AND ESIC DETAILS AS A PROOF OF PAYMENT.

Taking down old panel/soft starter panel of any size, any capacity and any make including all its components, and removing electrical connections to motors installed at water supply installations. Complete all as specified and by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation , testing and commissioning of indoor type, weather proof, cubicle panel board made out of 2.10 mm thick CRCA steel sheet mounted on 60 cm long legs made out of 50x50x6 mm equal angle, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 blocks of size 15 x15x15 cm front and back openable, double door openable up to minimum 150 degree & removable type having magnetic catche system, lockable/openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated locks, levers and air vent gaskets for natural air flow suitable foamed in PU gasket to make it dust/vermin proof, IP 54 protection, powder coated and prewired as per standard engineering practice, the panel manufacturer should have got any one of the panel tested at CPRI for short circuit current of 35/36 KA for one second and similar design and technology shall be adopted for fabrication of panel copy of CPRI test report shall be produced to GE along with a certificate from manufacturer of the panel that the similar design and standard have followed in these panels complete suitable cable glands for cable entry.The panel shall accommodate the following equipments:-

Supply and fixing of fully automatic star delta motor starter in sheet steel enclosure type MN 65 with single phase protection feature motor rating AC 3 phase 415 volts, 50 Hz for motor of capacity 75 HP as per cat part No IHHASD1C*B or equivalent of L&T and Indo Asian including taking down the old existing starter, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of fully automatic star delta motor starter in sheet steel enclosure type MN 32 with single phase protection feature motor rating AC 3 phase 415 volts, 50 Hz for motor of capacity 30 HP as per cat part No IHHASDXB* or equivalent of L&T and Indo Asian including taking down the old existing starter, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour of earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth plate with 32 X 6 mm thick GI strip by means of suitable size of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers all as specified in electrical plate SSR Part I including necessary .Exc & earth work, providing charcoal and salt dust layers and construction of PCC pit in 1:3:6 using 20 mm size graded stone aggregate, precast RCC 40 mm thick cover in 1:2:4 type B 1 with 12 mm dia steel MS plain bar, lifting handle 2 Nos GI pipe of550 x 550 x 50 mm bore for earth lead protection and GI pipe 15 mm dia for watering, with funnel and wire mesh including testing on completion. Note: No payment shall be made if earth resistance test value not found satisfactory and contractor has to make alternate earthing till the result not found satisfactory without any extra cost. Rate shall be deemed to include this provision. The testing equipments to measure the earth resistance will be the arrangement of contractor.
