Taking down existing tretment from roof such as tarfelt, cement plaster of any discription and any thickness, brick tiles, mud puska including flashing junction of parapet up to 4th storey of building and cleaning existing roof top surface by brooming, wire brushing and removal of debrish out side of MoD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first course of 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surface using WPC as per manufacurer's instruction finished even and smooth without using extra cement, second course ie. surface shall be thoroughly wire brush, cleaned , washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bitumen primer conforming to IS 3488@ 0.40 litre per sqm and applying bonding material 85/25 bitumen 1.2 kg/sqm, 3rd course of roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 3.0 mm thick of 3.60 Kg/ sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core of 160gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film before and after laying membrane sealing all the over laps 75mm on length side and 100mm on width side of membranes by torching as per manufacturer’s instructions by authorised applicator only, At the junction of roof and parapet wall a grove of 20 x 20 mm shall be made at the height of 100 mm and membrane shall be inserted and saled/fused by flame, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) WPC will be measured and paid separately (ii) Independent testing of membrane from approved lab for technical parameter shall be carried out by the contractor and test report shall be submitted to GE before claiming payment. (iii) Laying of APP membrane shall be carried out through company authorized applicator”.

M&L for PCC M-15, nominal mix, type B-1(1:2:4), using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in PCC padding on roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc., including necessary form work, complete as specified and directed.

Note- The undermentioned runs of single core cable and specified earth continuity conductor and revelent conduit with fitting acessories will be measured as one run.

(a) 2 run of 6 sq mm and one run of 6 sq mm

S&F in replacement exhaust fan with louvers metallic body, complete 300mm sweep 230 volts, single phase , AC supply complete with nuts, bolts and washers size of the bolts 06 inch long fastener 6mm dia embedded in the wall including provisioning of flexible cord copper of size 1.5 sqmm three core from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for giving connection and providing continous earthing connection complete all as specified and direted by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down ceiling fans of any sweep and any size including cable connections and disconnecting of fan blades and removing the fan with blades and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of AC single phase tamper proof static energy meter of accuracy class 1.0, 240 V 50 Hz with Backlit LCD display of rating 10 - 60 A (measures and displays KWH ,V, Current I, KW, pf last month history of KWH, MD in KW) with special features like TOD, tamper logging, optical communication port display in absence of power with transparent hinge type box, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
