Outsourcing of services for maint and operation of 11 KV receiving station and service centre at HQ NC area for performing the duties of SBA/Electrician (Skilled) in three shifts per day (each shift of 08 hours) by deploying 03 (Three) Skilled Electricians. Duties of Electrician:- To attend all types of complaints of External electric supply system (HT/LT), security/perimeter lights, rectification of any fault occured in the feeder like disconnection of jumpers, breaking of ACSR conductor, disconnection of lugs from panels, blown out of fuse element, fallen of tree branches, tripping of feeders, loose connection in service wires, short circuiting of conductor and attending of complaints for No light from poles etc and rendering completion to the duty SBA/JE-in-charge of the substation. Note:- (a) The contractor shall employ 03 (Three) electricians per day for 03 shifts each shift of 08 hours round the clock for carrying out the duties of Skilled Electrician for general shift. Timing of shift shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement. The contractor shall not have any claim what so ever on this account.

Outsourcing of services for maint and operation of 11 KV receiving station at HQNC area for performing the duties of Mate by deploying 01 (One) Mate (Un-skilled) in the day for general shift for 0800 hours. Duties of Mates:- (i) To assist the Electrician during performing the duties, handling of all the T&P and stores/materials required for attending the complaints. (ii) Maintenance/cleaning and upkeeping of machinery & equipments installed at installations. Note: The contractor Shall employ 01 (Mate) for performing the duties of Mate during a day for eight hours. Timing of shift shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall have no claim what so ever on this account.

Note for item 1 to 2: (i) The contractor will ensure suitable repalcement of Electrician/Mate on rest days and Wages for the same deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted against items of M&O. (ii) The contractor shall produce details of the persons deplyed by him his skilled/unskilled persons like Name, Aadhar No, Aadhar linked Bank A/c No, Experience certificate EPF No and ESIC No within a week of Acceptance of tender. The work will be commenced only after submission of requisite documents . (iii) The contractor shall ensure that his persons always be present in their shift. (vi) The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the complete area (i.e. inside boundary wall ) such as building, hard standing, foothpath etc in neat and clean position . All necessary T&P for cutting /cleaning of grass and vegitation will be arranged by contractor without any extra cost. (iv) The contractor shall provide uniform, raincoat, protective clothing such as hand gloves, helmet, safety belt, first aid box and shoes etc to all persons on duty and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate of items of M&O here in before. The uniform shall have the name of the contractor and MES written on the shirt Pocket (Left and right side).

Note for item 1 to 2: (v) The persons deployed by the contractor should have experience of nature of work under this CA. (vi) The contractor shall provide log sheet and maintain the the same on daily basis and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate of BOQ here in before. (vii) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAKE PAYMENT TO HIS STAFF EMPLOYED FOR THIS WORK EVERY MONTH, ACCOUNTED FOR, FROM THE DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF THE WORK AND SUBMIT TO THE ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE BANK STATEMENT/INDIVIDUAL’S PASS BOOK , EPF AND ESIC DETAILS AS A PROOF OF PAYMENT.

Taking out the existing unserviceable rusted LT panel board alongwith busbar, MCCBs etc of any size/capacity including disconnection, breaking PCC foundation etc.and disposed off as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type,weather proof, cubicle panel board made out of 3.15 mm thick MS/CRCA steel sheet mounted on 60 cm long legs made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm equal angle,embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 bocks of size 15x15x20 cm , front and back openable,double door openable up to minimum 150 deg. & removable type having magnetic catche system, lockable / openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated locks, louvers and air vent gaskets for natural air flow suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 Hz ,factory febricated with suitable foamed-in PU gasket to make it dust/vermin proof , IP 54 protection, Powder coated and prewired as per standard engineering practice, the panel manufacturer should have got any one of the panel tested at CPRI earliest for short circuit current of 50 KA for one second and similar design and technology shall be adopted for fabrication of panel copy of CPRI test report shall be produce to GE along with a certificate from manufacturer of the panel that the similar design and standard have followed in these panels.complete ,suitable cable glands for cable entry. The panel shall be suitable to accomodate the following equiptments:-

M & L for providing earthing with GI earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm thick for earthing lead fixed by means of nuts,bolt,washers etc connected to earth test point complete all as specified in electrical plate NO 3 of SSR1996 part 1 ,including necessary excavation and earth work in any strata of soil,comman salt, charcoal dust, 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection to earth lead, GI water pipe 20mm dia with funnel &wire mesh , PCC pit with CI cover and frame etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- All the joints shall be made with welding to get proper conductivity. Note: On testing after completion of earthing, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk & cost to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge
