INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S&F LED bulb 09/10 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing LED Bluiding security light fitting 25 watt, having uniformaty ratio 0.25, high pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant toughened glass with frame, IP66 protection complete with lamp & connected items and connection with suitable cable from ceiling rose to light fitting and including Gl pipe bracket made out of suitable dia Gl pipe medium grade 1.2mtr long bent to shape and fixed on wall with flat iron clamps, nut. bolts washer etc all as specified and directed.

NOTE FOR ITEM N 3.02 & 3.03 :- (i) For all types of LED fittings and luminaire should be same manufacturer. (ii) LM -79 certificate for all light fittings shall be submitted by the contractor before fixing at site or taking payment against material. (iii) System efficacy should be more than 100 lummens / watt (iv) CRI should be more than 80 (v) THD should be less than 20% (vi) PF should be more than 0.95

Hanging of ceiling fan connecting up with PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible 3 core 0.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable of required length from ceiling rose to fan, required length of rod, pin, clamp, complete body etc specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing metal body exhaust fan of size 230 mm sweep, 750 RPM 230 volts single phase AC supply with louvers complete with, bolt, nuts and washers, suitably embedded in the wall including making suitable opening and provisioning of flexible copper cord three core PVC sheathed of size 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for giving connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only geyser including grouting of suitable size of 4 nos of fastners nuts & bolts, hot and cold water connection 450 mm x15 mm pipes, element, thermostat, indicator lamps, cable etc with serviceable conditioned, painting complete geyser and making good to existing surfaces complete etc all necessary accessaries specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

ROAD AND PATH

Material & Labour, painting 2mm thick of thermoplastic fluorecent paint colour white or golden or any other shade, conforming to BS standard 3262 with 20 % glass beads(inter mixed) applied hot with automatic (commercial) machine drive in strips after preparation of surfaces as per manufacturer's instructions, making lines, broken lines/dashes, arrows etc on roads and olher like surfaces exceeding 10 cm but not exc 30cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply, laying, including jointing and testing, of size 100mm dia bore, Ductile iron pipe class 'K9' with spigot and socketed ends, centrifugally cast conforming to IS mark suitable for using tyton joints including laid in trenches / path/ duct/ road/ wall etc including fixing with connected CI/DI/GI fitting accessories and along with existing branch pipeline connections and it fitting work complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work and fittings shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, including jointing and testing, of size 150mm dia bore, Ductile iron pipe class 'K9‘ with spigot and socketed ends, centrifugally cast conforming to IS mark suitable for using tyton joints including laid in trenches / path/ duct/ road/ wall etc including fixing with connected CI/DI/GI fitting accessories and along with existing branch pipeline connections and it fitting work complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work and fittings shall be measured and paid separately.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing, taxi track, runway crossing point etc. any type, any size, by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique or by manualy boring method of hole work for passing 100 mm to 200 mm dia bore CI/DI/GI pipe line system complete including providing of HDPE pipe of 250 dia suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure including making arrangement necessary TSP as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of suitable size 90cmx90cmx90cm (internal dimension) with frame of angle iron work of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm and MS sheet cover 3mm thick and locking arrangements and handle duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including all excavation and connected work alongwith dismantling work of old valve pit system and removal of retrieved unserviceable material outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and lobour for taking out of exising DI/CI pipe line of size 150 mm dia bore and its jointing material and relaying and fixing the same pipe line at same site for rerouting and shifting porposed and including making of jointing work for exising piping system of size 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 MPA working pressure complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing pole mounted CPRI approved sheet metal box of 1.6mm thick MS Sheet of size 310x210x120mm (inside dimension) including MCB single pole 6 Amps, 4 Nos Aluminium bus bar of size 25 mm x 3 mm thick fixed on procleain post insulators with hinged cover and locking arrangement cable glands. Powder coated, vermim proof, fixed to electric pole by means of MS flat iron 25 mm x 6 mm With bolts and nuts, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing roadway LED light in versatile pressure die cast aluminium road way luminaire with high power LED with IP-66 Protection of 120 Watt capacity including fixing arrangements clamps, bolts, nuts and brackets etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 1.5 Sqmm 3 core PVC unsheated copper conductor PVC insulated cable drawn along steel pole for connection to street light fittings including removal of street light fittings for cable connection and re-fixing in its original position after replacement of cable, all as specified and directed.

Supply, installations, testing and commissioning of transformer step down Outdoor type naturally cooled, double copper wound 11 KV/433 Volts, AC 3 phase 50 cycle 4 wire system of capacity 500 KVA off circuit tap changer on HT side to vary secondary voltage upto level ± 7.5% volts in three step 2.5% each complete or as per manufacturer design with standard accessories of fitment all as per IS 1180, digital type thermometer with max temp indicator conventional oil level indicator, drain valve for filteration of oil, silicagel, breather, explosion vent etc with first fill of transformer oil and complete with necessary civil work for foundation as per OEM recommendation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge. Note : - (i) The transformer shall be provided with bussing in HT SIDE AND LT Side (ii) Cable box to be filled with suitable size of cable glands Transformer foundation drawing shall be submitted before commissioning of Transformer.

Supply fixing, installation and commissioning of LT Outdoor type panel board powder coated factory made CPRI approved of suitable size dust, weather and vermin proof made of 3.15 mm CRCA mild steel sheet compartment type with aulminium bus bar 800 Amps TPN incl provision of cable entries with glands locking arrangement and angle iron frame and legs of 90cm long using 60x60x6mm size MS angle iron fixed in floor in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 base of appropriate size including necessary excavation earth work complete all as specified and directed and comprising of following:- a) Incoming:- (i) MCCB 630 Amps 4 pole 50 KA-01No (ii) Digital volt meter 0 to 500 volt -01 No (iii) Digital Amp meter 0 to 630 Amps -01 No iv) LED indicator set -01 No (b) Outgoing:- (i) MCCB 200 Amps 4 pole 25 KA 415 Volt =04 Nos (ii) MCCB 100 Amps 4 Pole 16 KA 415 Volts - 01 No

Taking down old PVC low level flush cistern of any type and capacity including connections and fittings all as specified.

Taking out old U/S HT under ground cable of size 95sqmm and removing from site all as specified.

Taking out old U/S LT under ground cable of size 25sqmm to 35Sqmm and removing from site all as specified.

Taking out of old unserviceable sluice valve complete accessries from existing pipe line of size 80/100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of old unserviceable sluice valve complete accessries from existing pipe line of size150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable CI/GI pipe line connection fittings, complete pipe line work of size 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Demolation of valve pit any type and any size complete and taking out of old broken unserviceable accessories from valve pit and its connection and fixing accessories including excavation work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing old U/S main switch, DB SPN/TPN, etc from the existing position and removing the same from site all as specified.

Taking down old sub main wiring of any description and size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down electric geysar of capacity 25 Ltr including connection pipe and refixing all as specified and directed.

Taking down electric meter and removing to store for reuse and refixing the same at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable GI earthing complete from the existing position including excavation and removing from site complete all as directed.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

S&F wall mixture (brass chromium plated) with spout and bend pipe for overhead shower for hot and cold mixture and provision for over head shower (brass chromium plated) 70mm dia with revolving joint and shower arm connected to GI pipe 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F sink mixture (wall mounted) brass chromium plated for hot and cold mixture with 150mm long swivel spout, connecting legs and wall flanges and connection to GI pipe 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
