Construction of futsal, playground in sy no. 90/1 at village Massordem of size 35.00m x22.00m. The work shall include Civil & ground:- Preparation of survey & Contour drawings to define boundaries, ground layout, drainage planning. Clearing the site from all weeds, debris, obstructions. soil Stabalisation by adding moorum to the existing soil and contour to desired slope, Testing Compaction of soil ( Proctor densiti of 95% and above is acceptable), Retaining wall in Plump Concrete (8 inch thick), sub- grade retainer ( geotextile sheet 200GSM, nailed, every 2mts), long pile turfs & drainage ( 8inch volume will give 6 inch thickness) Dynamic Base Construction for Football & Long Pile Turfs & Drainage, Supply and Installation of Perforated Pipes + Supplying & Spreading Aggregates in Layer format,Steel and Fabrication work:- supply and fixing of 2 Goal Posts ( with I beam and plate 10mm thick), vertical pole (MS square) 3"x3" 14 guage, horizontal pole Single Light Brackets, Teliscopic arm, 2 Doors, 2 Dugouts with benches with Stand for 50 People, allincluding fabrication/welding, painting two or more coats of red oxide/ oil paint. Electrical and Lighting work:- LEDs 200 watts, IP 65, 2 years warranty, supporting accessories, ancillary cables (polycab) LSFR approved cables, individual MCBs, earthing pit, distribution box etc. Netting and Padding:- Supply and installation of side net/top net 50x50mm nylon braided, garware 2.5mm green/black, supply and intalling shade net ( mono shade net), cushion padding, goal post (white net). Turf and installation:- supply and installation of texturised or fibrilated or hybrid turf 5/8guage, 50mm, 17000dtex, upto 300 microns thickness, 35N strength, Carboxylated 3 layer backing with 7 years warranty. Installation of silica sandimm grade, dry, clean, unsharp ( silica sand 2kg/sqft), SBR rubber 0.8 to 3mm grade ( 1kg/sqft), quality if glue used in market proffesionalPU adhesive like envirostick, UK, Mapie Eurobond, forbo, duayen, seaming tape proffesional, non woven, texurised tape. All including installation, labour, design,transport, loading& unloading etc. Annual maintenance for 2years ( cleaning of drainage, boundary repair, removing rust, red oxide repainting, LED replacement, checking switches, post monsoon maintenance, re-tightning of nets, repair of padding, repair of nets/damage repairs) .All above work shall adhere to relevent IS standard & CPWD specification 2019.
