Fabrication, Providing and fitting of 100mm Ø G.I(C-class Pipe), Y-Junction (delivery manifold), fabricated as per site conditions duly welded with requisite size flanges. The flange thickness shall be 16mm and as per IS 6392 welded in double layers. The job includes P/F of column pipes, bends, offsets, M-16 flange nuts & bolts, rubber gaskets, wash out, welding jobs where ever required, & skilled labour all complete. The job also includes painting the complete network in one coat of red oxide and 02 coats of enamel metal paint.

P/F of distribution board SP&N (Regal Grey) with 1 No. of incoming and outgoing 16 way, QVE (DB), fitted with mini MCB “C” series 6 A- 8 No. for lighting in pump house. 10 A-4 No. for flood lights and 16 Amp. 3 No. for Heating Points 36 Amp. MCB (Mains)-reputed make. The job includes the cost 4mm sq. multi stranded conductor to be laid as service line for lighting system.

Supply, installation, Testing & commissioning of 1000VA (MAKE reputed) Full Sine wave power inverter along with Providing / Installation of 12V, 180AH Tubular inverter Battery including providing / laying of 1.5 sq mm wire for lighting / charging points as per the requirement of the structure. (Make: reputed) for above WSS. The job shall include minor electrical works /wiring for fitment of inverter.

Providing/ laying of 3mm thick high density anti skid rubber floor matting on the machine floor level area including the floor surface area around power control panels and other gadgets. The job includes cleaning of the floor and the under surface of the matting removing dust, dirt, grease and loose sand grains if any. Applying the adhesive of sufficiently high bonding strength both on the floor as well as on the under surface of the rubber matting for fixing.

Providing/ Mounting of 4.5 Kg carbon dioxide fire extinguishers conforming to IS: 2878, suitable and effective for controlling electricity, machinery and oil generated fires (B C class of fires ). The fire extinguishers to have a suitable hose pipe of sufficient length. Design, manufacture, S/I/T/C of 100 KVA (11/0.440KV), 3 phase, neutral HV power distribution transformer of level -2 Type as per IS 1180 (Part 1) of 2014 with following specifications:- Capacity = 100 KVA, 3-phase and Neutral. Operating conditions. Input = 11000 volts Output = 440 volts AC supply in 3- phase. Terminals: Input =3 No. HV bush rods with insulators, washer nuts etc. Output = 4 No. LV bush rods switch insulators washer, nuts etc. Core = High permeability core for heat dissipation fabricated out of suitable size and gauge strips. Transformer Coils = Suitable number of HV and LV coils in each. The transformer coils shall be fabricated out of superior quality aluminium wire / strips properly wound so as to make it flux leak-proof. Coolant:- The HV transformer shall be completely filled with superior grade transformer oil up to required level. Supply, installation, erection of MS tubular poles-SP33 ISI Mark HTL-IS 1161 or IS 2713 of 9M long having reduced area of 4x5x6 from top to bottom and shall be anti-corrosive painted. The job includes providing / laying of cement concrete block in 1:2:4 cement concrete, sand aggregate block (s) (of size 3ft deep x1ft above the ground) for grouting of each pole. The pole shall be welded with 40mm x 40mm square M S plate, 5 mm thick at bottom of the pole and having duly drilled holes at top/appropriate position for accommodating MS fasteners for holding safety devices.
