M & L for brick work using fly ash brick conforming to IS-12894:2002, Non Modular, class designation 7.5, straight or curved on plan, exc 6.0 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) including demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering/plaster by using ready mix mixture of thickness 12 mm to 15 mm on newly prepared surface and plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying two coats of OBD with 1mm thick wall care putti complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore steel water tubes "medium grade" galvanized with all fittings such as bends, elbows tee sockets reducer etc and fixed to walls and ceiling in floor including taking down steel tubing and connection 15mm bore, cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings as original where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 for concealed water tubing etc. and making good, incl cleaning for refixing or removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm bore steel water tubes "medium grade" galvanized with all fittigs such as bends, elbows tee socket reducer etc and fixed to walls and ceiling in floor including taking down steel tubing and connection 20mm bore, cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings as original where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 for concealed water tubing etc. and making good, incl cleaning for refixing or removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair bib taps 15mm bore, half/quarter turn, fancy type, long body, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule including all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm bore stop valves/angle valve copper alloy, fancy type,chromium plated half turn with screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends fixed to GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs two way cock/two way angle cock with wall flange matt chrome finish complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Pillar taps 15mm bore, half/quarter turn, fancy type, long body, cast copper alloy, with capstan head, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe including all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 15 mm bore brass CP wall mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
