Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 3 metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : Red sand stone - exposed face fine dressed with rough backing. 30 mm thick red sand stone slab

Providing and fixing fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) railing having Anti corrosive, Weather resistance, low thermal conductivity properties with Barcol Hardness not less than 40, Density not less than 1.70 in desired colour of 0.80 m height and approximately 1.045 m length in one segment. One segment having 2 nos FRP vertical rectangular end pipe of size 40x60x5mm thick and 1.25 m length (0.80 m + 0.45 m), 3 nos FRP horizontal rectangular pipes of size 40x40x3mm thick, Inside pattern of 25 mm outer dia round vertical FRP 3 mm thick pipes at clear distance of 85 mm and round rings of outer dia 85 mm made from 25x4 mm thick FRP flat. Cost including casting, assembling, jointing , grinding, buffing, and fixing the railing at site by embadding the raling in cast in situ CC blocks with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose running meter length of FRP railing shall be considered.
