Disconnecting of electric connections Disconnecting of electric connections from LT control panel and starter of submersible pump set of size 5 to 15 HP ,removing the pipe line connections from discharge side and taking down/out submersible pump set along with column pipe from bore well with the help of chain pully block including transportation to workshop for repairs and back , lowering the pump in bore well after repairs after replacement of rusted nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc including testing complete all as specified and directed .

Opening the submersible pump set of capacity 5 to 15 HP , taking down/out the burnt winding wire , cleaning the slots including rewinding the pump set with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge ,weight etc. including all other insulating material complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Copper winding wire of appropriate gauge shall be measured and paid separetely.

Supplying and assembling super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge suitable for 5 to 15 HP capacity submersible pump sets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Only following spare parts for submersible pump set of 5 to 15 HP capacity complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (i) All the submersible pumps are type V6. (ii) If the contractor fails to repair the motor and pump within the seven days given to him the same will be got repaired through other agency by calling spot quotation at his risk and cost. This shall be in addition to penalty @ Rs.1500 per day commencing from the date of expiry of notifying the repair and rewinding work / necessary repair .
