O & M to MVS Bhuyyar and Other 11 Villages in Indi Taluka of Vijayapura District For Two Years

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

The contractor should provide daily these staff members on site. Supervisor -1 No. Pump operators-2 Nos , Valve mans- 6 Nos, Helpers-1 No, Helper cum watchman -1 No Total -11 Nos

Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, for a period of one year, operation & maintenance of at least one MVS in rural area / one urban water supply scheme of value not less than Rs.45.00 Lakhs. (Usually not less than 50% of estimated value of contract for which tender is invited. In the prescribed Format from the competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer (District Level Officer) and scan the original certified and attach the scanned file to the tender. The original certificate shall be produced at the time of opening of Tenders.(Work indent number should be mentioned in work done certificate).

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. 180.10 Lakhs)

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value Rs. 90.05 lakhs

The bidder must submit unconditional Line of Credit/Bankers certificate in the prescribed format an amount equal to 30% of the O & M cost issued by Nationalized / Scheduled Bank, for the particular work i.e. Rs 27.02 Lakhs (Not less than 30% of O&M cost) Conditional LOC/Bankers certificate will not accepted.
