Dismantling galvanised steel barbed wire of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts. Note : Each line of horizontal/vertical/ diagonal wire to be measured for the pupose of payment

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type and fixed to RCC/ Steel posts/ struts complete all as specified & as directed

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for in this Schedule all as specified & directed.

M & L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil.

S & F Angle Iron posts, struts, fencing horns etc in fencing including cutting tops to shapes as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting and welding where required as per site requirement completed all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified

S & F only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any type or size completed all as specified and directed. Note 1: Weight of chain link fencing in Kg per sqm shall be aseratined by convening BOO ordered by Accepting Officer. Note 2 : Flat iron, round bars nut and bolts & washers shall be measured & paid for seperately under respective items.

S & F mild steel bars as in tie bars to chain link fencing and posts including cut to length, bent to shape welding of bars at spots as directed and other similar works confirming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290) complete all as specified and directed

S & F mild steel work as in flat iron ties to posts including drilling holes for fixing bolts, hold fasts etc and similar items complete confirming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290) complete all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm bot not exc 10cm long and dia of neck 10 mm complete all as specified.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

M&L for providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new surface over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces including preparation of surface of any description not exceeding 10 cm width or grith all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix and stacking serviceable stones aside for reuse & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and fair complete all as specified

M&L for rough cast finish plaster by applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even complete .

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/ tint over a coat of primer on walls all as specified & as directed

Dismatling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises

Material and labour brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L brick work with subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and no pigment laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as Specified & directed.

M & L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 garde cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1 :4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as inleveling coarse 25mm thick finished fair & even complete all as specified and directed

M & L for coloured chequered tiles glossy finish, 25cmx25cmx25mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigment, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in Cement and sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L flush pointing to brick walls in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & as directed

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, and like items etc including necessary form work complete all as specified

M & L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 50 mm thick (measured solid) set in CM 1: 4 complete all as specified and as directed..

S & F GI Concertina coil 450mm dia having 50 turns and approximate weight 7.00 Kg (+5%) and coil to be stratched to cover a distance of 5-7 running meter complete all as specified & directed Note 1 : Central core wire shall be GI 2.5 as dia Note 2. : Razor punched strip shall be of aluminium base zinc coated & 0.45 to 0.50 mm thickness. Note 3 : Work shall be carried at height from 2.2 to 3.5 mtr from GL over brick/ RCC boundary walls

M & L for cast in situ PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in bed plated, bases of fencing horns over brick compound walls and similar items including necssary form works complete all as specified and directed

M&L for running welding in repairs thickness of metal to be welded 6mm to 9mm complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 450mm bore (reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed

M & L cement concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under haunching of pipe after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) bore of pipe 450 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-3, 450mm dia laid and jointed complete with collar complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of new concreted and plastered surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described and applying two coats of Plastic enamel emulsion floors paints of any dark shed as approved by EIC over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed
