Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 metres (average lead 50 metres) including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordancewith requirements of lines, grades and cross sections.

Supplying and filling with gravel (excluding rock) in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth , breaking clods , watering , rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller , or wooden or steel rammers and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes capacity including all leads and lift (Payment will be made based on level measurement)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface, by mixing place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision - By mix in place method - For grading II material.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite Crushable type such as moorum or gravel for screening and gravel for binding to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density - by manual means - Water bound macadam Gr-II with moorum or gravel screening. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite Crushable type such as moorum or gravel for screening and gravel for binding to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density - by manual means -Water bound macadam Gr-III with moorum or gravel screening. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Cleaning the existing W.B.M. road surface including removing of binding material and other foreign matter with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment. As per clause no 502.4.2 and 503.3.1 of MOST specification.

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface, heating bitumen in boiler and spraying the bitumen with sprayset fitted on bitumen boiler - on granular base such as WBM and WMM surfaces not bitumen primed. Rate of application 10kg/10sqm.

Cleaning of the existing black topped surfaces with brooms, soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment. As per clause no 503.3.1 of MOST specification.

Providing and applying tackcoat on the prepared surface, heating bitumen in boiler and spraying the bitumen with sprayset fitted on bitumen boiler - on black topped surface bitumen @ 5kg/10sqm.

Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of compacted crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified ,the compacted layer thickness being 75mm. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet of 25mm thick on prepared surface in a single course as wearing course composed of specified size of stone aggregates premix with a bituminous binder in mini hot mix plant 6-10 tonne laying manually and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne but excluding cost of primer/tack coat. As per clause no 509 of MOST specification.

Providing and applying liquid seal coat, type `A' comprising of a layer of bituminous binder, followed by a cover of stone chipping of specified grading and rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonne. As per clause no 513 of MOST specification.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and upto height of 1.5 above ground/bed level.

Plain cement concrete m-15 mix with stone aggregates 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 metres below ground level and/or 1.50 metres above ground/bed level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete

cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement - 20mm cement plaster.

Providing and laying non - pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc.complete - 600 mm dia R.C.C. pipe

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and fixing of retro - reflectorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of aluminium sheet encapsulated lens with high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm X 75 mm X 6 mm ( 3.5 mtrs height - 6.8kg/mtr = 23.8kg , with board support angle 35x35x6mm-2.30 mtrs - 3kg/mtr = 6.9kg and anchor flat - 0.5kg)firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 Grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45 cm X 60 cm , 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing. - 60 cm equilateral triangle .
