Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed consolidated and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers within an initial lead and lift and clearing, levelling the site etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling stone dust in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in Foundation and basement and trenches etc., with well Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and well consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, five M.sand and ten aggregate) using 40 mm size hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation and flooring including dewatering wherever found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Providing Pre - construction Anti - termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier to the building by injecting chemical emulsion of required concentration under grade slab and grade beam, all round the Pile Caps, Catch basins, trenches, pits, tunnels, wall trenches, back fill, plinth filling, junction of wall and floor. External perimeter of building, surrounding of pipes, expansion joints, below U.G. sump and retaining/side walls etc. as per instructions of chemical manufacturer as directed by the Department officer/ Architect. The treatment shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the technical specification and conforming to IS 6313 or equivalent BS specification. The chemical to be used as insecticide for the treatment shall be Biflex Tc, TC stands for Termiticide Concentrate for Termite Control (Bifenthrin) and the application shall be diluted 1 part of chemical Biflex Tc with 49 parts of water to get 0.05% emulsion and strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification.The work should be carried out by an approved and registered specialist pest control agency only. Tenderer to furnish the name of the proposed specialist firm. A 10 years post application guarantee against defects shall be furnished by the main Contractor. Note : Horizontal plan area at ground floor level of the building will be measured and paid.

Supplying and erecting steel shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces in foundation and basement for reinforced cement concrete works such as column footing, plinth beam, grade beam, and stair case steps, etc. Which require only normal strutting using M.S.sheets of size 90cmx60cm 10 gauge, stiffened with mild steel angles of size 25mm x25mm x 3mm for boarding supported by silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by the casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc. complying with standard specification. (The payment for centering will be made only after the concrete is laid).

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to a height of 3.29m meter for plain surfaces such as RCC slabs, beams TEE or ELL beams, lintels staircases beams etc., with all cross bracings using mild steel B.G. 10 sheets of size 90cm X 60cm stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification in all floors.
