Routine Track Maintenance of Rajnagar RO siding i.e. Assistance/ deploying manpower 06 no unskilled and 1 no semiskilled including checking of track nut bolts gauge level fixing of all necessary fittings is required in track maintenance work

Removal of rail on Rail on any section with fitting and fastening including stacking within 30 meters in connection with dismantling of track.

Removal of sleepers of all types with fittings including stacking within 30 meters in connection with dismantling of track.

Removal of ballast from track including stacking within 30 metres in connection with dismantling of track.

Renewal of concrete sleepers by concrete sleepers irrespective of any sleepers density existed and to be provided for.

Trollying rails and sleepers under traffi BLOCK BY Rly diplory including loading into diplory up to 30m lead unloading and stacking at the destination as per direction of Engineer in charge with a free lead up to 30 m and carrying the rails over diplories up to 1 k.m.

Collection and stacking of PSC Sleepers ready for loading in D.M.T. within LEAD UP TO 3M INCLUDING EXISTING FITTINGS AND FASTENING i.e. Pandrol clip rubber pads liners fish plates and bolts etc complete etc.

Collection and stacking of released 52 k.g. and heavier section rails for loading in DMT within a lead of 30.00 m

Leading miscellaneous such as iron work, rail, fittings & fastenings, pipes wooden logs stones overs pitching stone size RCC/ PCC BEAMS/ SLAB ETC AND ALL similar articles (each individual article or bundle being not more than 3.5 meters long in the longest direction) including all loading, unloading and stacking lead over 500m and up to 10 K.M. Note:- Lead under item is payable when the same exceeds 500.00m

Overhauling unmetalled level crossing which will also including digging out up to 250 mm below sleeper screening ballast making good ballast with Rly ballast including a lead up to 120 track fitting replacing wornout sleepers wornout fittings and fastenings checkrail filling back levelling the road surface including scrapping of rails and tarring with 2 coats with contractors coal tar etc. complete job over level crossings

Distribution/ carrying of small track fittings by Rly material trolley under traffic block from nearest depot and vice-versa up to a distance of 2.00 Kms.

Laying of B.G. P. Way track in straight & Curves to correct alignment as direction by the Engineer-in-charge of work's consisting of 90 lbs/ 52 kg/ 60 kg rails with any type of sleepers (except PSC Sleepers) with any sleepers density as directed by Engineer with Rly's rails sleepers fish plates, fish bolts two way keys loos jaws, tie bars cotters rail screws bearing plates plate screws etc. to approved alignment & gauge to Rly's standards as directed by Engineer i/c . The rate including lift carriage and transportation of P. WAY MATERIALS CROSSING RAILWAY LINES ETC. COMPLETE INCLUDING ALL LABOUR and materials (P. Way materials to be supplied by Railway on cess)

Supply for the supply of materials at the site of work or LOW,s store or at any other place as direction duly sucked as ordered including unloading, handling and all lead lift and freight charges. Stone ballast 40 mm gauge.

Lifting of Track exceeding 75 mm in stages of not more than 50 m at a time including one through packing (for each 5 mm or part thereof)
