Replacement of ACSR conductor with 400mm2 3.5 Core armoured cable on LT side of transformer and replacement of damaged parts of 400KVA electric substation including provision of chain pulley for lifting of transformer with allied works at LIS Garnai

Replacement of ACSR conductor with 400mm2 3.5 core armoured aluminium cable at LIS Garnai by way of disconnecting/isolating ACSR conductor on LT side of 400KVA transformer, providing and laying of 400mm2 3.5 core armoured aluminium cable from transformer to main switch/voltage stabilizer inside the pump room 60 metre approximately with proper thimbling and insulation. Providing and fitting of 400A main switch on the wall of pump room after fabrication of MS angle frame of appropriate size as per main switch and grouting the frame on the wall by replacing the old/damaged main switch along with nuts, bolts and insulation material. Job further includes protection of 400KVA electric substation by way of disconnecting all the electrical connections of the transformer and then dragging/shifting of the transformer manually to safer place. Laying of cement concrete platform for resting of the transformer of appropriate size as per site requirement in the ratio of 1:1.5:3(cement:sand:bajri), plastering all the sides of the platform and curing properly. Placing of the transformer on constructed platform safely, providing and fitting new LA set, Knife set on the poles of the electric substation. Making the provision for hanging of chain pulley block by providing and fabrication of simply supported beam structure of suitable height using ISMB200 over the transformer for its safe handling. Proper earthing of the transformer and then connecting incoming and outgoing conductors, fencing of the substation area using barbed wire on angle iron/poles to avoid any mishap. Job also includes complete electrification of pump room by way of extraction / removing of old damaged temporary wiring along with burnt switch socket etc. Providing of point wiring with 1/1.5 sq mm or equivalent copper cable for light / fan points / socket points approximately 8 nos. inside and outside pump room in PVC Batton and 3 no points each in 3 rooms of operator/chowkidar quarter as per site requirement. The job also includes providing and fitting of gang boxes, switches, sockets, holders, LED bulbs, Flood/LED light- 01 no with MS pipe frame for anchoring at suitable place, ceiling fan-01 no along with required hook with regulator, SPN-02 no. of suitable rating for isolation of lighting circuit and other fittings required for the purpose as per site requirement. The job includes provding fitting of service connection with 10mm2 2 core aluminium cable- 20 metre (approx) to the lighting circuit from main supply junction to SPN. Complete Job includes cost of material, skilled/semi-skilled manual labour, carriage/transportation, hire charges of tools and tackles, welding set, shuttering charges including testing at site on full load inclusive of all taxes.
