Execution of complete scope of work (Phase I and Phase II) on Lump sum turn Key basis as per the scope of the bidding documents which includes Project Management, Consistency Checks, Design, Detailed Engineering including HAZOP/HAZID/SIL Study & Other Safety Studies as mentioned in Bidding Documents, Site enabling jobs including grade filling and roads, Topography Survey and Soil Investigation, underground scanning, Demolition/ Dismantling of existing structures/Re-routing works as mentioned in the bid, if any and co-ordination for the same with Owner/PMC, Complete Procurement (including first fill of lubricants, chemicals, consumables, special tools and tackles, Pre-Commissioning Spares, Commissioning Spares, Start-up spares, replenishment of spares consumed during installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities & Mandatory spares), Fabrication, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Inspection & Expediting, Third Party Inspection, Supplies, Transportation, Insurance, Receipt, Handling & Storage of all Equipment, Materials, Fabrication, Assembly, Construction, Erection, Installation of all plant machinery including civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Plant Safety, Electrical and Instrumentation including tie-ins, Testing, calibration, Insulation, Painting, Fireproofing, First fill of lubricants, Obtaining all Statutory Approvals (except for Environment Clearance), Pre-commissioning & Mechanical Completion of Plant, Preparation of plant specific operating manuals, Start-up, Commissioning and Performance Guarantee Test Runs (PGTR), Training of Owner’s O&M personnel, Chemicals, consumables (Lubricants) for 6 (six) months of operation, Contract closure activities , OWNER/PMC punch points clearance of the FOR COOLING TOWER WORKS PACKAGE (PHASE-I AND PHASE-II) ALONG WITH ASSOCIATED FACILITIES FOR POLY BUTADIENE RUBBER PLANT PROJECT AT “IOCL PANIPAT REFINERY & PETROCHEMICAL COMPLEX” PANIPAT, HARYANA, INDIA as per Bidding document and Final invoice/billing and handing over of the facilities with Final and “As Built” drawing/documentation (soft and hard copies), supply of spares with necessary support and services during Defect Liability Period and supply of Tool & Tackles, Consumables, Lubricants etc. for initial charge and replenishment of any loss of these during Commissioning up to handing over after successful PGTR of the facilities For detailed scope, refer the relevant sections of the Bidding Document
