Part I : Construction of Girls Toilet @ Pattarikadu GTRH School in Kuttakarai Panchayat.

Earth work excavation and depositing on banks with initial lead and lift in gravelly 1 soil stiff clay, hard stiff clay, murram, boulders mixed with gravel as per SS 20-B for foundation.I depth

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including all cost and conveyance, labour charges etc.

Supply and errecting sheet centering of size 90 cm x 60cm 10 G sheet laid over 5 silver oak joist and supported by casurina post of size 10 cm x 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm center to center etc. complete

supplying, fabrivating and placing in position mild steel/ribbed for steel rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors, complete complying with standar specification.

RCC 1:1:5:3 mix using 20mm machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing, and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC florr and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) and kraft paper laid without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using second class country bricks of size 23cm x 11cm x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall he done without extra cost

Plastering with Cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications

Colour designed tiles of size 300x200x6mm cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Supply and fixing of steel doors of size 1mx2.1m, 1.1x1.8m inclusive of all charges of cost of materials, labours etc

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Granolithic floor finish of 25mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 using 10-12 HBGS jelly including curing etc comlete

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint fo first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal fo dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc.. complete compluing with standard

Supply and fixing of RCC jollies of size 0.45x0.45m for individual toilet blocks inclusive of all charges for cost of materials etc complete

Dadooing walls with glazed tiles of size 150x150x6mm neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with in initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, earth mixed with small sized boulders and hard gravelly soil as per SS 20B

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete

Supply and erecting Centering shuttering including supports for plane and side surfaces including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc. complete

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherver and as directed by the departmental officers)

Plastering in CM 1:5 12mm Thick using quality sand including conveyance of all materials to side and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete
