| 1 | Inspection of defective step down 11 KV / 0.433 KV upto 750 KVA transformer any make, plinth/ floor/ pole mounted, indoor/ outdoor type, strip opening, removing the top cover of transformer, detecting the fault, rectifying the defect at site (madhopur/janglot/basoli) except major fault of unsv of winding or other all as per direction by GE. The following tasks if required will be performed :-
(a) Strip opening of the transformer and removing the transformer top cover for checking/rectifying the faults of the transformer.
(b) Replacement of defective HT/ LT bushes, brass spindles etc.
(c) Replacement of breather assembly/ silica gel/Gasket sets.
(d) Refixing the transformer top cover with nuts, bolts and washers.
(e) Testing of transformer Complete.
Note : (i) In case of replacement of LV/ HV bushing/ spindles/ tap changer breather assembly/ silica gel/Gasket sets etc, will be measured and paid for separately as supply only under relevant items of Sch A/ BOQ.
(ii) Transformer oil (if required) for topping will be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of Sch A/BOQ.
(iii) Cost of hiring T&P , megger or any other instrument required at site deemed to be included in the cost of repair. | 10 | Each Job | 1.25 | ₹12.5 |
